The house was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was graciously stocked with coffees and tea and even had waters in the fridge along with a welcoming note and basket of snacks. It gives just the right touch. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very convenient for what we were doing for the weekend. We will definitely look at staying here again, in the future. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but that's something we look forward to next stay. The host was very quick at responding to our requests or questions. Thanks again for the stay.

The house was very clean and staged beautifully. It was a perfect location - safe, near a lot of stores, restaurants, the strip and the airport. The host left welcome snacks and provided a Nespresso coffee station for guests. Communication with the host was very easy and his response time was very quick. I would highly recommend staying here.

Extremely caring host. Property was very clean. And smelled great! The pool was so enjoyable and a great place to lay on floaties for hours. The house is quiet, safe, cozy and comfortable. I had the master suite, which is conveniently connected to the back yard where the pool is. If I had two wishes, it would’ve been to have a dining style table and chairs pool side to enjoy outside even more and an additional tv in one of the rooms. Even without those things still a great stay and I would stay again. The host was easy to communicate with and immediately helped me when I didn’t understand how simple things worked like the garage. The house is centrally located to so many great things, including routes that were not on the freeway to access downtown Vegas. The only thing that was sad about our stay is that it had to come to an end and it was time to head back home. Thanks again for a stress free and wonderful stay.

Conveniently located

Good location near lots of food options and outside the craziness of the strip but still accessible for shopping/concerts. Easy enough check in and out and all basic needs were covered. Host left a welcoming note and snacks for us and our guests which was appreciated!

Clean Nice Property

The home was great for our needs while we were in town for my granddaughters birthday who lives nearby. The location was close to everything we needed . We did not utilize the LV Strip so that wasn’t a factor for us. Nice beds, pool was heated to a great temp. Smart TVs and nice decor added to the pleasant stay.. would stay again at this property.

NASCAR Weekend

We decided last minute to head to Las Vegas to catch a NASCAR Race and found this gem of a house was available for our week. The host was very responsive and immeditely tended to our questions and concerns. This was a lovely house and we were very comfortable. In my experience beds are often overlooked in VRBOs but not here, they were very comfortable.

Extremely clean house in a great location. Beds were very comfortable, and the property also has a newer washer and dryer. We were close to many good restaurants and the airport. Owner had great communication with us.

Comfy beds, Coffee Bar was amazing!

Rented the home for my parents and it was very welcoming. I also stayed in the home and we used the kitchen and grill. The coffee bar and tea area was perfection. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and we all had great sleep. We had a welcome package upon arrival which was perfect for snacking. I will definitely stay here again. The home was clean and outdoor area comfortable. Neighbors were friendly and home was extremely close to airport, only a 7 minute drive away.

Great place for large groups

Group of 10 and each room was spacious! No one felt crowded and what you see in the listing was exactly accurate upon arrival. Close to airport and reasonably close to strip. Host was responsive and accommodating to our questions. Would book again!
