Staff was great. Don't pay to eat here. Don't drive to Cebu city. Traffic beyond stupid. If you do drive. Pay the toll for the Duterte Bridge. Even that can screw you. So use your mapping program and keep your driver to the algorithm it gives. Do your homework. Stay close to wherever you stay. If you want a sure thing. Go to AA BBQ for all your meals.

Old and desperately need for improvement and upgrade. Hotel management introduced too many petty policies. Issuing 1 card towel per guest. Losing a towel or the card results in P1,000 penalty. No takeaway food allowed in room as P2,000 will be charged for cleaning up! Cannot bring guest to room, only seeing them in lobby area. Treated guests as school kids. We supposed to have a carefree and relax holiday. Too much burden staying in White Sand. Too stressful with this towel exchange and possibility of losing the card or towel. Stayed in Movienpick, Crimson, Shangri-la, Plantation, Blue Water etc. No such issues! Only plus side was that concierge and restaurant staff were excellent. Polite, helpful and attentive. Cannot say the same of check-in front desk. Inflexible, not helpful and work by the book. Closing their swimming pool at 5 pm and main pool at 7 pm was a joke. Won't go back again.

The Staff was excellent! Very welcoming and attentive. But the resort was old and dated for the price. The pool was clean except for the steps that were black from moss? Mold? And light fixtures in the pool were coming apart. Also the beach is not as pictured. Water area was filled with boats, did not feel like I could swim safely in the ocean. They have 3 restaurant areas, but not a single one was enclosed with AC. The rooftop restaurant only had small area of covered roof which was an issue when it rains

The hotel was nice overall but it could use some upgrades. We had issues closing our sliding patio door and the shower knob leaked. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Nice beach during high tide, pool and hot tub area. Just need to supervise guests with children to not use hot tub as a kiddie pool. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Ok

Only 1 night stay before we travel back to UK, so I believe they gave us one if the oldest rooms at the back. Although the hotel seemed practically empty. Overal it was ok, but room was a bit dirty and old dated and buffet was also average, no fresh juices or coffee. We didnt swim in the sea as it seemed more like a port than a beach. In general it was a good stay, staff was friendly but didnt go the extra mile, only did their job nicely. In other hotels we have been offered complementary upgrades during quiet times.

Great resort! Main pool is humongous with shade provided in most of the seating areas. Beach access was less than a minute walk from my room. Smaller pool was closed during my stay but looked nice as well. Koi pond was really nice with big fish very relaxing. Definitely will stay here again.
