Customer service was excellent. Whenever we needed towels they came to our room promptly. Check in they were polite. The bathroom walls could have been a little cleaner. And my room door didn’t close all the way shut without me pushing it closed. The breakfast provided was good. It was hard to find a parking spot also because of so many people and the construction dumpsters.

Booked a room for my family of 5 only to get there and the room could only accommodate 4. As able to literally cram a cot in the room. Found food from previous occupants. Bathroom door had cracks, wall had cracks. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel was under renovation, but you couldn't tell. It was a very nice hotel. We have stayed there before and everytime it has been clean and the employees are nice and helpful.

The service at this property was excellent. They were accommodating and gracious. The property was undergoing renovations, so things were outdated and a little messy, but the breakfast buffet area was tidy and the pool was great! Overall, we had a wonderful trip and really appreciated the customer service.
