The floor was very dirty and the bedding was very stained from what we could tell. Also, stayed on the first floor and you could hear the people above us walking wvery step they took!!

I give this hotel 5 stars! The man who checked me in was sooo understanding and nice to me very helpful, my room was very clean, bathroom was clean everything was put together in the bathroom as well, they let me have my dog and had no problems! I recommend this place to stay if you need !

Great relaxing weekend

Very satisfied with my stay and the accommodations. The hotel was located within reach of everything, and was very clean. They did seem to be short of staff, as one employee seemed to be taking care of the breakfast service as well as the front desk at the same time. Breakfast items ran out very early. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again myself.

We were greeted through the door. The desk clerk told us all of the amenities without us even asking. The room was spacious beyond expectation and very clean.

The hotel was fine but hotels.com should have an option box when you are bringing your pet. This was listed as a pet friendly hotel but there was no way to check off that we were actually bringing our dog. This of course became an issue upon arrival They only have four rooms for dogs so we had to take the last room which was much more expensive So, my problem is with hotels.com not the actual hotel. I would stay there again if I went to the Lancaster area. It was a very quiet, safe location which I liked and it was great that I could bring my dog and we could stay in a room that was clean And comfortable. The man at the front desk was very helpful in spite of the fact that we were not booked for a room to accommodate a dog at first, so be sure to call ahead if you’re bringing a dog.

Booked a Queen Suite. Called in advance to make sure it had a kitchenette. I was told it did. However it was just a room with a very small chest fridge with a small area considered a freezer(big enough for one ice cube tray), and a microwave. I was told I would have to upgrade to a King Suite in order to have a kitchenette. They did give a electric skillet. Given how much food we wasted lamb, bacon, and other perishables. In general a good hotel. Just disappointed in the clarification of room ammenities.
