It was great stay for my family................kkkkkkkkk (

OK hotel. Not sure if I would return. Service was pleasant. Room was modern. Bed sheets on one of the beds was soiled! Slept in other bed which appeared to be clean. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection and was fresh. Would have rated it higher if the one bed wasn't soiled.

My experience at this hotel was an ok, they really need to pay more attention to details when given requests. The room was clean but bathroom was very small, and heater in the room didn't work correctly.

We were in town to visit a friend. We were pretty close to a lot of the touristy places we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean and the people at the desk were friendly. There were no rods to hang your towels on, which was a nuisance, and there was no good place to plug in the coffee pot, but other than that, the place was fine. The breakfast was ample and good.

Quiet, great staff,. Confenient to locatons we visited\.

We had a great time and for the price and the purpose for which we stayed (not in the room long) it was great! The breakfast was good, except for the eggs (not real - for all the fresh eggs available nearby I think we should get the benefit of them). Overall, the experience was wonderful!

Amish country is FULL of hotels. Some are surrounded by stores and outlets and hustle and bustle. This is NOT one of them. Surrounded by fields in the back and a small town. Was very quiet. Fifteen to twenty minutes to everything, but driving thru the beautiful countryside. The hotel was up to date. Clean. The bed was comfy. The rooms very nice. The water pressure was firehouse quality. Lol. The one downer was what EVERYONE made comments about when I read the reviews. The EGGS! OMG. Bad. Not good at all. Yellow rubbery dry tasteless eggs. Maybe the where eggs but not chicken eggs. Skip them. Everything else at breakfast was fine

Overall, it was an average experience. The room was outdated and didn't feel that clean, but we didn't care that much since we weren't in the hotel that much. The main problem was the night staff/cleaning crew. Not sure why they were cleaning from 10pm- midnight, but they were so noisy and talking in the hallway and letting doors slam that I had to call the front desk at midnight to ask them to quiet down. They did stop talking, but kept letting the doors slam. Our room door did not block out sound, so I did not sleep well at all.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was really nice - love the waffle maker and fresh fruit! Loved that it was easy to get to, had plenty of parking, and was right next to a very nice restaurant.

The staff was not helpful or friendly, air conditioner didn't cool correctly, the pool that was advertised was located a block away acrossed a busy highway which needed a pass from the hotel to swim in and was at a reck center. It was way to expensive for what we got. I would not reccommed this hotel or the travel agency to anyone.

Made special request for disabled room online. What's the point of being able to request if you have to follow up with a telephone call to make sure you get what you asked for? Did not get disabled room. Bathroom size of a phone booth. Room close to front desk, VERY noisy. Unable to get sleep, and needed to travel 6 hours to get home. However, Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms and nice breakfast buffet.

good experience, location is good and room large, very clean &comfortable. Amenities: TV...small shop with some Amish pictures , Amish way of life presentation, their aprons and cook books. the room is equipped with microwave and fridge. plenty of car parking areas

The hotel was not as advertised. The pool and spa was across the street in a recreation center that closed early on the weekends. Read the fine print on their amenities. In addition, it was not close to the attractions in Amish country. A long ride (10-15 min.) through country roads was the norm to see attractions. Lastly, the breakfast was fine but they had run out by 9:30. We had breakfast out both mornings. Would not recommend nor stay again since the price was high.

Very clean, but very average. Over priced for what they provide.

.

We traveled the area of Lancaster County, enjoying the scenic country side, observing the Amish farmers and families at work in the fields, took advantage of two fund raiser auctions, shopped, and visited friends. The motel was having TV reception problems in many of their rooms at the motel, however, they accomodated us by changing our room after problem could not be resolved. The continental breakfast was exceptional. Also noticed many families were staying at this motel. Nice friendly place to just hang out!
