For the most part it was a wonderful stay. Room was clean but shower head and shower definitely need to be cleaned better. Pool area can also definitely be a little cleaner. The breakfast was very good. And the staff were very pleasant.

Greeted as soon as we walked in, staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice in appearance. Our room was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

We will stay here again when visiting the Lancaster area. Wonderful hotel. The layout of our room. The comfortable bed. Quiet even though we were in a room close to the lobby. The breakfast was very good. a good variety of food and drink. The man in charge of the breakfast and the dining area was EXCELLENT! I wish I knew his name. Very orderly, well stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments. He was very attentive. His food area was super clean. Very friendly. One word describes this Hotel. COZY. We loved it here.

Our room had a very moldy smell. There was a dehumidifier in the room but of course that didn’t help with the smell. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The heater was always too warm. The sofa was so dirty I wouldn’t even touch it let alone sit on it.
