This is a great property to stay while in South Lake Tahoe. The building is a little old but clean. It has a little kitchenette with all the utensils you need. This resort has a private beach. It’s a walking distance to the ski run shops and some great restaurants like Riva’s Grill, the food was delicious but a bit pricey. There is a grocery store across the street”whole food” and some restaurants. It’s closed to the casinos and heavenly resort and Gandola. There are lots of amenities like pool, spa, tennis courts and picnic areas with grills. It’s a short drive to emerald bay, DL bliss state park and other popular attractions in Lake Tahoe. I would recommend this place to stay. FYI the property is not air conditioned, only ceiling fan.

Great rooms, but you probably won’t be lucky enough to get a room on the water. But walking there is simple. The front desk staff are every awesome and helpful!

Walking diatance from room to the lake.

Loved this property! Everything is within walking distance. It was perfect.

Walking distance to many dining & shopping options. Lake access, but not much of a view from most rooms.

Our room was very clean, neat and smelled new. We traveled in the slow season for our anniversary , so it wasn’t much traffic as with tourists. It’s right on the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect. The only thing I didnt like was the check in beginning at 6 pm.

Property is older and noisy. Could hear every movement of people above and next door. WiFi very slow. Some nice upgrades but furniture outdated and uncomfortable. Bed comfortable but pillows too hard. Had to run large fan all night to try and drown out thumping and consistent clicking sounds of relay switches despite no air conditioning.

My family stayed at the resort over the MLK weekend. I loved the place, however we had a horrible ant problem. We talked to the front desk and they had someone come and treat the ants, but we continued to have the problem throughout our stay. The ants were not attracted to food (as we didn’t really have any), but seemed to be coming from Inside the wood/walls. Unfortunately, the ant problem really affected our stay in a negative way. We are not sure if this problem affects the entire resort or we just had an unlucky room. Otherwise we loved our stay and the facility.

This property had a great location, just a walk outside to the lake and conveniently located a crossed the street from Whole Foods. Just wish there was a cooktop included.

It was close to the beach and has nice views especially during sunset. We also liked that there were discounts in the nearby restaurant.

I love that it is a beach front property with nice view of the lake. Close to Safeway supermarket and other point of interests.

Great location, good size, comfortable room. Lake and mountain view, but entrance is easy to miss.

Great place. I would stay again. Right across from Hevenly. And at the beach. Great staff and nice rooms.
