Ok location location for skiers Description is completely off. No breakfast. Too many pets at the property. Hotel is in bad shape

I've stayed here a few times and as always it was and not excellent stay with all the basics and nestles close to everyhing you could need. Park your car and walk to everything

Hotel advertising fee breakfast. Do not believe the ad. Very run down place in good location for skiers but would not go there again. Many better places to choose

My friend and I went to South Lake Tahoe to ski at Heavenly. We rented a King room-non smoking on Friday 02/03/2017 paying $102. This was definitely a room with heave smoke in it. We had to open all windows because the smell was terrible. We though after 30 minutes with windows open it will be fine and the smell gone. It did not happen. My friend told me she felt there were bugs in the bed and I told her she was exaggerating. The next morning when I woke up my face was attached a few times and then in many areas of my body. There are definitely bed bugs in that place. On top of that, the person who helped us was about 11-12 years old, we could hear the voice of a mature men behind the administration room's door. This is unacceptable!

Fast internet, comfy beds, reasonable clean and close to everything. Grocery, movie theater, skiing, casinos, restaurants, bars, shops, the works.

It is not a clean hotel, does not not offer any choice for continental breakfast, poor wi-fi connectivity

Average smelling room .......that about it jacuzzi out of service expected more continental breakfast only cereal and donuts .

Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and lift, these rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is pleasant and works hard to please. There are some small projects at times to make upgrades, which are transforming what used to be an older feel into an updated place. Nice.

The beds were hard and lumpy. Breakfast was bad coffee and yucky Safeway donuts or pastries. Also, someone stole my makeup bag from the room when they came in to clean. I would never stay here again.

TV didn't work. Didn't bother to have it fixed. Didn't seem worth it. If you are passing through and need a good stopover this place arrived cheaper.

The place was dirty, smelled awful, the door did not close properly and was damaged. The room needed to be painted and updated

Old run down motel. Not very clean. Makes a motel 6 look like a Hilton.

Would have close to a perfect score based on value, but the carpet could use a steam clean and ... Some of the other guests were quite loud (not 100% the hotels fault). The TV turned on to a very loud setting, we turned ours down but our neighbors may have also turned on to a loud setting and they left it that way starting at 7am. The walls may have also been quite thin as we could hear the neighbors morning conversation OVER the loud TV. Guest also came back late at night (after bars closed) and were very loud as they made their way up the stairs and down the hallway.

Clean room with iron/board, frig and micro. Great location and check-in at 1pm out at 11am was great as I had 9hiur time difference jet lag. Only issue was weak WiFi (2bars out of 5) from my room. Friendly staff, Thanks for relaxing stay.

The hotel met all our needs, except wifi service was very poor. Comfortable bed, and the heater was great. The restaurant choices are many, but hardly none deliver. When its cold out, who wants to go out to eat!

amenities witch coffee and bread sucks bring your own food and coffee ps no coffee pots in the rooms

Nice motel for 1 star. only two interesting blocks to casinos.Super location for walk to stateline. Office staff friendly. No A/C but wall mount fan was nice. Actually, didn't even need A/C during my Aug 3-7 stay. Sick of negative comments posted for people who expect super nice, updated, etc., accommodation for 1 star price. Yeah, this is a perfectly fine 1 star motel. Actually, even better for its fantastic walking distance (5, yes, 5 mins) to casinos.

Ski bums need a place to sleep also. Good location

The hotel was OK. It was one of the cheapest places for it's location so I was not expecting much. I have stayed at worse places in south lake before, but this one was close. No pool. Lawn furniture was in the empty pool. Non-smoking room smelt like an ash tray. I shoulda brought my own sleeping bag because the linens were gross. Slept with jus a sheet because the blanket was creepy. Good location tho. Hardly in the room at all. Easy walk to stateline and Edgewood golf course. I will try a different cheap hotel next time.

I got a good room in a great location at a good price. Manager gives good service to customers. I wanted to watch NBA Playoff games and was delighted to find a great big Plazma flat screen in the room! The shower is new and had great water pressure. The king size bed was comfortable, with lots of extra pillows. Refrigerator was quiet and microwave was clean and fairly new. Good gas heater. No air conditioning but there is a nice fan. I like this motel.
