The room is too congested , the portable ac blocks the hall way, and trying to work with the smaller sink already crowded with coffee pot , you cannot walk out to the restroom without banging your foot on to some thing
I fell in love with my studio room as soon as I opened the door! All appliances bathroom was updated, and the room had a cozy vibe to it. The fireplace was a great addition, as well as how quiet the lodge was. Jennifer (the owner) and Jon (the manager) went above and beyond in regards to customer service. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, and Jennifer ensured that I was able to come the actual weekend I had planned. The shot complimentary shot glasses were a nice touch! 10/10, I would love to stay at Gondola Lodge again

The owners were welcoming and had some great tips for things to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and will be coming back
Gated property with convenient location, yet pretty quiet ! The only complaint is the mattress. It doesn’t have much support and a slight movement on one side of bed can cause major disturbance on the other side. I ended up sleeping on the futon in the living room and let my wife has the bed to herself.
Proximity to gondola, restaurants and grocery store is excellent.
The location of this property is hard to beat. It’s a short 3 min walk to Heavenly village. We would return based on location alone. The only complaint we have is noise. The newly remolded complex seems to have thin walls. But for a short ski trip, we were totally satisfied with our stay.
No staff on site, but coordinator by text was very friendly and helpful she (Jennifer) had a "congratulations" sign hung in our room for our anniversary, special. Overall the room was great for the rate in a great location. We had minor issues, but nothing unbearable. Housekeeping could be improved much and somethings could be better (or replaced/ fixed) but we had a good time and look forward to going back

Thank you, yes, great convenient location, half block to many things. Not positive which unit you were in but checked 1bdrms and found a bent support slat (or similar) and fixed it. Thanks for pointing it out. Look forward to your return.

Thanks for your feedback. We have 7 different sized rooms. For longer stays with more than 1 or 2 guests we recommend our larger units. The Air Conditioner units can be easily repositioned, just let us know during your stay if you need anything. We also have several different sized kitchens and kitchenettes.
