Our group arrived at different times, and unfortunately, initial experiences left something to be desired. Found a bloody towel in 1 bathroom and swimwear breast pads, along with a pair of sandals, left in the pool area. It was evident that the property has not been thoroughly inspected by the management prior to arrival. However, upon my arrival, I found the property Itself to be quite nice. The location is ideal especially for boaters as it’s close to the marina. The spacious layout provided ample room for us to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. All the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen island was a great spot for family card games. The backyard design, along with the available games was a lovely touch. The Casita was also a highlight-beautifully decorated and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We decided to have a BBQ on Saturday evening, but encountered an issue when thick black smoke emerged from the grill while cooking steaks. Thankfully, we managed to salvage our meal, but it raised concerns about the properties maintenance. Such incidents suggest a lack of routine upkeep, which should be a priority for a rental property. Additionally, the oven appears to need attention; I worried similar issues could arise indoors. While we appreciated the provision of cooking vessels and utensils, The selection fell short for the number of guests the house accommodates. Remainder of our review is a picture in photos
