The stay was good. The staff was helpful and courteous. We did have an issue with our electronic keys not working which was annoying, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The hotel itself was great overall, but there were a few frustrating issues. I specifically requested a shower instead of a tub, and even after confirming this with the front desk, we were still given a room with a tub. Later that night, after enjoying Valentine’s Day at the nearby bars, we returned to the hotel around 1:30 a.m. only to find that our key cards had stopped working and we couldn’t access the hotel at all. We were locked out for about 20 minutes until I was able to wake my son so he could let us in. Unfortunately, the other key stopped working as well, and all three of us ended up locked out of the room and had to get another set of keys. While the stay had its positives, these issues definitely took away from the experience
