You notice immediately that this is a well maintained property. The lobby is clean and organized. The staff is professional and friendly. During check-in we were told about discounts for local dining. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a large variety and the attendants made sure you had what you needed and kept the tables clean. I would definitely stay here any time I'm in the area.
We checked in super late, but there were two people at the desk ready to check us in. The process was quick and easy.
The staff was amazing. They called us to make sure we were still coming as we were getting in late. Then they allowed an extended check out. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful. And they were NOT pushy to get us out of the hotel in the morning. It was so nice.
I found two roaches in my restroom. I checkout after finding (and recoding them). I figured it was time to leave. I am aware this is south Florida and the critters are everywhere. My issue came when i informed the front desk personnel. I was simply allowed to check out. I wasn’t offered to change rooms, compensation, a sincere heart felt apology or anything!! I never write negative reviews but come on now.
Cleanliness and staff were good, I like the rooms, very spacious, but the beds have to go, very uncomfortable for me.

Top Property. Though the property is now 14 years old, it has been maintained and renovated over the years. I wish that ALL properties where we stay could be maintained at this level. It actually looks like new! As we were leaving this AM, I went to the Breakfast area, which was closed but the lady said that if I wanted anything...she would get it...and she did...all with a smile.
Nothing negative at all to say. Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in excellent condition, rooms were more than comfortable, breakfast options were good.
