Casa Mira Luz:
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom linked villa is located within the privacy of a small closed condominium in a sought after area of Praia da Luz with 14 villas with private pools. Casa Mira Luz offers practically unrivalled views of the sea and the famous Black Rock of Luz..

The living area is upstairs taking full advantage of the wonderful views, where the living
dining room lead out to a large terrace. A BBQ, table and chairs, obligatory for those lazy sundowners and eating al-fresco. From this terrace the imposing and beautiful 'Black Rock' of Luz.

The kitchen is fitted with every mod con to help make your holiday as hassle free as possible.

The villa is an 'upside down' house with the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor where its cooler. There is even a view to the sea from this level. The 2 double rooms have direct access to the large front terrace
pool, whilst the twin room is on the back of the house. There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, an ensuite and a family bathroom.

The villa has internet, Cable TV, Aircon
parking.This wonderful villa is only a 5 minute drive from Praia da Luz beach which offers water sports for the adrenalin enthusiast, or just some essential chill time under the sun umbrellas and sun beds which can be rented out for your comfort. The beach also has a large, newly renovated beach restaurant offering both Portuguese and international cuisine.

The village of Luz, once an important fishing village, has many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets, a pharmacist, two supermarkets, offering a myriad of international products, among others.



Construction Notice – Casa Mira Luz

Please note that construction works are currently taking place on the plot immediately next door to the resort where Casa Mira Luz is located. These works involve building villas in a mirror image of the resort you are staying on.

While the exact impact cannot be predicted, guests should be aware that construction activity may be visible and audible during working hours. The scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. At present, we do not have a confirmed timeline for the duration of this construction.

Schönes Haus aber sehr abgelegen

Das Haus befand sich in einer Wohnanlage mit ca 10 Doppelhäusern, von denen selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht viele vermietet waren. Ohne PKW nicht zu erreichen. Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht von Luz. Jede Wohneinheit hat einen schönen Garten mit Pool. Wir hatten Haus C gemietet, welches zweckmäßig aber lieblos eingerichtet war. Geschirr war eine Sammlung aus Dingen, die woanders aussortiert waren. Gläser waren nur sporadisch vorhanden und alle blind vom Geschirrspüler, unappetitlich! Das Haus war nicht sauber und voller Ameisen. Der Garten und der Pool voller Laub. Beschwerde bei der Agentur wurde erst angenommen, es sollte Abhilfe geschaffen werden, wurde dann aber doch ignoriert. Wir haben den Garten und den Pool dann selbst gereinigt. Für den heftigen Preis ein no go! Hatten uns leider 1x ausgesperrt, es gab nur 1 Schlüssel. Fürs Aufsperren ( die Agentur hatte einen Schlüssel!!!) mussten wir 30 Euro zahlen. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass wir eigentlich Geld zurückbekommen müssten nzw. Die Türöffnung wohl kostenlos sein dürfte, weil etliche Mängel nicht behoben wurden, bekamen wir die freche Antwort, dass die Tür dann eben zu bliebe. Augenscheinlich geht es hier nur ums Geld abzocken! Kundenservice ist gleich null! Sehr schade, denn die Anlage hat Potenzial.
