Great service by Paula and the rest of the staff. We requested a pack n play for my daughter to sleep, and they had it set up in the room when we arrived with a fresh crib sheet and an extra blanket. They had us on the first floor for ease of access since they knew we had a little one. Paula texted us 30 minutes after we checked in to make sure we were happy. Overall wonderful staff and service. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Oh, and you can't beat the comfy beds...we slept well!
Emily was amazing on checking us in and making sure we were all set.The breakfast was one of the best i have ever had. Room was clean,,bed was very comfortable. Seeing smiling faces everytime you encountered staff was nice. I will be back!!
We stayed here 3 nights while in town for a funeral. It happened to be a Purdue football home game weekend, and we had a last minute booking. Because of this, we were forced to move rooms on the morning of our funeral, which was extremely inconvenient. We are a family of 4, and the move could not have occurred at a worse time. I feel they should have comp'ed us in some way, but they did not. The hotel itself was reasonably clean and kept up. Decent choices for breakfast. Sufficient parking. Close to several restaurants and a Wal-Mart, which was convenient.
Highly recommended! The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean, the breakfast has hot and well stocked, and my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area! I'll definitely be back to this hotel again.
I felt welcomed immediately upon arrival by Paula at the front desk. We had a great room on the first floor across from the pool. The fitness room was the best I have used in a hotel in years. The equipment was brand new. The hot tub was a nice relaxing experience. The breakfast was not overboard, but perfect for me. Overall great, I would definitely come back to this hotel again!
Stayed overnight in the area and had a wonderful experience. Room was clean, staff was friendly, slept well, and had a good, fast breakfast the next day. Had a group of 4 and all had the same experience. I will certainly stay here again.
If your traveling and don't want to pay the high prices in Chicagoland or Indianapolis, this is a good in between place to stay. Just two hours South of Chicago, and one hour Northwest if Indianapolis, you can find very reasonable rates, and a very clean and tidy place, with an indoor pool, and lots of choices of nearby restaurants. I was actually pleasantly surprised, because usually in college towns (Purdue University is in West Lafayette), the rooms are pretty beat up, but this was not the case, and everything was in good, working order. The staff was efficient and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's not the Ritz, but for an economy brand, where you're primarily just going to sleep, this is a good choice.
Updated rooms. Good staff. Clean. This place was a bargain. We were in town to see our son - student at Purdue - and catch a football game. Distance between the hotel and the campus was not a problem. I'd stay here again.
Great hotel, excellent customer service, very clean rooms, good value and this hotel is in a great area in a very easy access to shopping and restaurants I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone on business or just looking for a nice place to stay Good breakfast variety
Our Hampton Inn room was immaculate, the staff was friendly, our breakfast was tasty and we thank you very much!!!! Our trip Lafayette was for the Nebraska/Purdue football game. My dad was a Purdue grad, but Nebraska won the game. There was much moaning up in heaven from him!!!
