We went to room and walked out. The room was outdated and dingy. Huge stain on one of the pillow cases and holes in bedding. Stains on walls. Bathroom ceiling had mold stains and had holes on walls.

Allergies were incredibly severe after 5 minutes in the room. Pulled the AC filters in the morning and they were caked in years worth of dust and dirt. Doubt they had ever been cleaned. Dirty filters also caused a noisy and low output AC unit. A miserable night.

Accommodations were as expected for the price. I didn’t like that the front desk was reusing the key card holders and just using white out to change the room number. During covid that seems like a cheap thing to cut corners with. Made me wonder what other things weren’t getting cleaned well.

Building needs to be better maintained. Room was really small.

They had a room available on Football Saturday but you soon find out why.

The place was a little run down such as rips in bedding and curtains. The ice machine was broken. And bed was very squeaky.

It was clean and quiet, and staff was very friendly

The property needs updated. The rooms weren’t very clean. It was okay if you don’t plan on being in the room much. The sheets were not very clean you could tell they were old. There was fuzz and hair on the sheets and the desk chair was completely stained with stuff all over it.

Breakfast was good. My room smelled like urine. I wasn’t able to sleep well at all.

Reservations messed up our room and tried to blame Orbitz. Online reservation and the in-house paperwork both said 2 queen beds. Arrived and was given 1 king. Owner attempted to argue, then acquiesed and blamed Orbitz. "Breakfast" was extremely poor, hotel is shabby with ripped carpet, peeling paint, missing tiles, warped doors, cracked counters and a not-so-nice lingering smell. I am happy it was only a one night stay.

Day Inns staff kick my family and I out there where one bed when I thought there where a pull out bed plus I had 2 children and better half which she is 2 month pregnant. Im hoping Day Inns reimburse my friend's money very soon.

This property refused to give me the room I had reserved, and the room they put me in was not acceptable. There was peeling wallpaper, the sink in the bathroom leaked onto the floor, none of the appliances were plugged in, there were cigarette burns on on the sheets and blankets on one of the beds, and most alarming of all, there was no smoke detector in the room. It had been removed and the wires were hanging out. The person at the reception desk was not concerned with my issues.

Staff very friendly, Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was not the best but other wise nice play.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Looked like tub hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, stuff accumulated in corners of bathroom, dust covered exhaust fan? Dust covered ac unit (smelled), food just under microwave and stains on walls all over. Stay away

Hotel was hard to find as it is behind other hotels and the entrance is not easily seen. Hotel entrance is not very apparent. Halls to the rooms look filty and need work as there were patches all over from holes. Rooms smelled awful. Was supposed to have a smoke-free room but was placed in one that had a STRONG smell of cigarettes. Two towels provided for a family of three in the room. When asked for more towels, only 2 more were given and manager was hesitant to even give that. Door handle wasn't even attached to bathroom door and kept falling off. Bathroom sink was loose and wiggled around. Bedding was torn. Air conditioner did not operate correctly and would only work on slow fan speed.
