Overall, my stay at Candlewood was very good. The only thing I can say of a critical nature, is that their printer did not work to print boarding passes. However, Hotel staff let me use their computer and printer so that I could print my boarding passes. I thought the items to buy at the hotel for food we're a little bit expensive. Other than this, I would recommend Candlewood Suites to anyone.

The room was very nicely appointed with a small kitchen. We had a little trouble with the electronic keys but it was resolved very quickly. Pet fee was a one-time $75 which adds to the value of the room and hence the lower score in that area.

Candlewood is nicely located, very clean and the staff is very hospitable. It was a very nice stay (9 days).

The stay was at Candlewood Suites was very good overall. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very nice. I did not hear any disturbing noises which is really important! I had one complaint about the room service but it was taken care of promptly! I would highly recommend Candlewood Suites!

The room seemed nice enough but the fact that there were ROACHES in the kitchenette area and in the shower just made this stay a disaster. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Would not recommend a stay at this place ever.

This is my second stay at this location. The rooms are nice and clean, staff is usually friendly, and it is conveniently located for me. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that it needs some form of continental breakfast.

I got there late, was not a problem. The guy at the front desk was cheerful and friendly, got my room fast and crashed out for the night. I slept in to recharge and the room is quite comfortable. The only Issue I had was the AC unit leakes onto the floor in front of the window making the carpet wet. Annoying stepping in water with socks on...

The staff serves supper with beer and wine. Very friendly and homey atmosphere.

our stay at Candlewood suites was awesome! I loved the size of the room and the kitchen. Home away from home.

This hotel was clean and the location was excellent. I had not paid attentiion to the fact that there were no breakfast options there. However, across the street there is an amazing breakfast spot, Another Broken Egg.

Our overall experience was good . Everything seemed clean except for the floors, both in our room and in the public areas. There was a sticky spill up to and in the elevator that was there for over 24 hours of our stay and still hadn't been taken care of when we left. Our bathroom floor could have used a mop as well, it was swept but when I wiped up some water it was obvious. Otherwise it was fine.

I've tried a half dozen properties in LFT and this one has the most comfortable beds has always been clean and tidy. Internet has always worked consistently except for this time. It went down one day out of 3, but they got it back up overnight. I'll be back.

When we arrived the desk clerk was not very freindly or welcoming, we were given a room meant to be handicapped accessable (large shower and only a sink in bathroom), we asked to change rooms, were given another room with a bed that was not completly made-up. We were not too happy about not having the amenity of a continential breakfast which is offered by many of the area hotels and motels. This was supposed to be our wedding anniversary get-a-way weekend.

WONDERFUL hotel to stay at! Highly recommended. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Friendly staff.

Greatly enjoyed my one night stay in this hotel! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very clean and close to all the restaurants. My only complaint about the hotel was that the noise from the traffic on the street could be heard through the walls (Kaliste Saloom is a moderately traveled road)

Had a great experience. We felt safe and secure and the bed was unbelievably comfortable.

Great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants, super friendly staff. Will stay here next time in town.

This was a great place to stay for me-brand new facility and it really sparkled! Granite counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, kitchen amenities were a great surprise-complete with fullsized dishwasher. There was a desk area and a leather club chair in front of the large screen television. The staff was so friendly, answering questions about local events, providing directions, etc. The free movie rentals were a great treat and too bad I didn't notice the complimentary bag of popcorn in the microwave until the next morning-I'll know next time! At check-in time, the main street out front had heavy traffic and I worried it would be distracting but even though it was a Friday night, I didn't hear any traffic noise. Will definitely be staying at Candlewood Suites on Kaliste Saloom Road again-it's so close to great places to eat and shop. Great location, staff and rooms!
