Pet friendly, Zion, Private Hot Tub

Come stay in the center of everything Southern Utah has to offer! This home is in the perfect location to get to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, 14 different Golf Courses, and more all within 30 min. After a day full of adventure, come home to your own space in a quiet neighborhood and relax in the private hot tub in the backyard. Kids and dogs are welcome!

This home comfortably fits six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Down the hall is another bedroom offering a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is stocked with toys for the kids. The house has a very open feeling with vaulted ceilings in the communal main room. All Carpet and tile. There is a bathtub in the main bathroom and a shower in the master bathroom. Everything you need is in the kitchen to cook full meals for 6-8 including a blender! Fenced-in backyard. We offer Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus on our TVs! Two TVs in the house and great views out the window. The backyard has outdoor seating, a BBQ, a hot tub, and is fully fenced. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Guests have access to the whole house, garage, and yard.

Quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. Easy to access stores (groceries a few blocks away) coffee shops nearby, and nice not crowded restaurants. Easy to park in the garage or on the street. You can hike from the house and mountain biking is all around us! If you are interested in a guided tour around the Zion National Park area while you are visiting, please check out Wild Utah Tours for driving and hiking adventures.

Car, walk, or bike. La Verkin isn`t super walk-friendly but there are definitely places to go for a run along the river or up into the hills.

There are many dog-friendly trails around our area. Look for La Verkin Overlook, Gould`s Wash, and Confluence Trail for easy to get to dog spots!

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! A pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
-We are pet-friendly but will charge you if we find pet damage after your stay. Please let us know if your pet has damaged anything so we can work out a fair solution.
- We only allow 2 dogs max.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.

Lovely property, not to far from everything we were wanting to do in Southern UT. We did have some miscommunication with parking for a trailer. However it was taken care of quickly and efficiently with the management team. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place. Great location. Friendly neighborhood. Only complaint was it would have been nice to know there were “ goat heads” I type of weed that levels thorns in backyard. So we had to deal with those getting in my dogs paws all week. No issues other wise. Will stay there again for sure. Just going to bring the dogs shoes next time

It was a very nice home. Some comfy patio furniture would have been nice to sit outside. The beds were super comfy. The living room blind quit working so did miss the sunshine. Do think some of the pots and pans need updated. Skillets and cookie sheets especially. Just some suggestions. We did enjoy it

It was amazing being able to come back to a big cozy home with all the amenities one could possibly need after a long day of exploring. The home was close to all sorts of attractions and stores. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. My family (and even my dog) absolutely enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Zion Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this house - it’s a great size for 4-6 people and perfect for what we needed! We loved being able to go for a hike and then come back and wind down in the hot tub, and the laundry was a lifesaver! Super cute place, very comfortable and well decorated.

Trip to Zion

House was fine. Location was not as ideal as we planned for going to Zion NP. Only issue with house was the hot tub. We had selected this property specifically for the hot tub and it was not usable for us. The back yard is all sharp rocks and you cannot get to the hot tub without walking over them. We asked for an adjustment twice for the lack of ability to use the hot tub, but they declined and only said they would install stepping stones for future clients.
