Nice modern 1100 Sq Ft Home in a quiet neighborhood. 2 bed 2 bath with queen beds and an air bed for additional sleeping space. This is a privately owned vacation home rented on a part time basis, 2 night minimum, $300 deposit. Fully equipped kitchen can save you cost of eating out. No smoking and no pets. Close to shopping, theater, groceries, and restaurants. There is a city park nearby and we have included books and games for the kids. There is also a pack and play and a stroller for your use. Ideal location to see Zion, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Kolob Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park and other Southern Utah sites. Mountain biking, ATV riding, hiking, climbing and many other outdoor activities just moments away. 7th night rental is free.

BEAUTIFUL home and VERY WELL STOCKED and CLEAN in the kitchen and bedrooms/ bathrooms. DEFINITELY would RECOMMEND staying there!!!!!About 20 minutes from Springdale and Zion National Park.Hurricane is about 10 minutes away and had a HUGE variety of places to eat and things to do.

Adequate lodging for this price

We were a group of 4 adults. We got in late evening and wanted to relax and watch and movie and noted on the website and in the booklet they had a movie channel and some movies but there was no movie channels. The movies were very limited and the batteries or remote was not working well. So that was a disappointment. The game cabinet had a mess in it so we just dismissed that idea as well. The home is dated but clean. Except there were several dishes and cups that were literally dirty and we also found exactly 2 replacement yeah bags and 2 dishwasher. Ubers. Granted we were staying 2 nights but they ask that you start a load before you leave so we had to wash by hand or go and buy more and since we noticed the dishwasher didn’t get things clean, we washed by hand. There was good supply of blankets and pillows. Beds were comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner but no soap for showers. I just haven’t stayed in an a BNB before like this that had so little to offer but because it was 25 minutes from Zion park entrance it was convenient. The neighborhood seemed nice and close to shopping.

Nice two bedroom house about 20-25 min from Zion. Was easy to get to Zion, hiking trails (some only minutes away if you wanted to skip the summer crowds at Zion) and all the restaurants etc. Was nice to be away from the crowds once we were back at the house.

Our family needed a place to stay for our visit to Zion. This house was in the perfect location. The drive to the park was quick and easy. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. We were especially thankful to be able to do our laundry! Thank you!

Close to Zion

I wanted to do a quick trip to Zion without spending a fortune. This place was great for that - nothing fancy but it had everything we needed including a book filled with restaurants, activities, and local happenings. The house is in the small town right at the base of the small mountain you head up to finally get to Zion. It was about a 20 minute drive which I did not mind at all given the prices of stays that were closer during the time we went. We didn’t realize this until we were there, but this house is RIGHT down the road from Toquerville Falls which has been on my bucket list for quite some time. We finally went to check it out since we rented a Jeep.

The owners replied promptly to all my "little questions" made everything easy no issues whatsoever. Location could not have been any better! 2 min walk to grocery store if that 😁. Was perfect for me my husband n 91 yr mother in law. No stairs, curbs etc. Purfect will definitely stay here again if im ever up that way again. 😁

Graduation Vacation

This was a great location for visiting Zion National Park. Simple, beautiful, straight drive to the entrance of Zion. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and great washer and dryer. There is a grocery store/gas station two blocks away and a nice coffee drive through one block away. It was nice to come back to a comfortable couch/bed after a long day of hiking. Thanks for the great accommodation!
