"We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here.
Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out.
Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers."
