Boutique Three Bedroom Apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located building, combining 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments through a private back hallway. Newly remodeled and furnished in vintage mid-century and modern finds. Located in downtown LaPorte, you are walking distance to shops, restaurants, farmer`s market and city events, concerts, trails, lakes and the Dunes volleyball center.
The LeRoy`s building was built in 1860 and housed a neighborhood grocery for much of it`s lifetime and is transitioning into a boutique hotel.
Private back deck with lounge furniture and a charcoal grill can be accessed through the laundry room. Our large parking lot next door can accomodate trailers, boats and RVs.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
