Room was dirty, toilet was disgusting and looked like it never had been clean, hair in the shower, the website said they had a hot tub but the front desk said it was an error and they didn’t have one. I stayed 2 nights and the pool was closed for both nights, breakfast had stale pasties and soggy potatoes, door handle had crusty substance on it, headboard had white substance smeared on it. You can hear everything from the surrounding rooms and the traffic from the highway, it’s like the windows are open. The amount I paid was absolutely not the quality I got. I felt like I was staying a terrible motel.

Booked a king with sofa bed and room did not have sofa, was told there was nothing they could do and didn’t have the correct room type to move us to. Bathroom had black hair all over the floor and sink. No blackout shade in a room overlooking the bright parking lot.

My goto hetel

The shower was very clean and room was also. The room smelled good. The breakfast was also very good They have Togo bags as well. All the amenities were fully stocked inside of the room. The general manager, and staff were very kind and polite.

Remodeling has taken place like fresh paint and carpet, all only surface level. Slow drains caused water to hold and rise while showering and toilet flush weak causing back up. Dilapidated and slow elevator. Expedia’s booking and itinerary did not match what the hotel had. Was sent to a King w/ sofa bed but after alerting staff they switched us to the room we actually booked- 2 queens standard. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Was friendly soon as we got there, happy to answer any of the questions I had. My room was clean and my breakfast was good 😀 would stay there again when we go to another concert at the casino. Thank you for keeping it nice for me to visit there.

Hot tubs are nice when present

Check-in agent was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is that a hot tub was advertised in the listing and I made my choice because of that posted amenity.

This is my first time at this location. I was visiting family and convenience was paramount. We stayed 4 nights and ate breakfast in the morning. I also stay at the Hampton Inn at Decatur IL. I am a fan because I can count on the property to be clean safe and neat. I travel with my daughter and it is important to have a safe location to stay. The rooms are always pristine and I look forward to my stay. Will be back next year at both locations so see you then😀
