The location, staff, and cleanliness of this hotel is 10/10. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing to consider is the beds are relatively hard, spring mattress. If that’s not an issue for you, this place is amazing value for the price. Highly recommend 🙂

Tried for 2 hours to call the front desk to confirm airport shuttle. It was important. Only got voicemail. Called hotels .com to cancel. They called the hotel and got voicemail so i could not cancel. I couldn’t take the shuttle risk. Checked into another hotel. Left money on the table.

Unfortunately got sick the second night I was here and the staff were incredibly helpful with amending my bookings and looking after me. Good location near the market, decent breakfast for the price. Slightly oddly shaped room but big comfy bed and a good shower.

Perfect area do stay while in La Paz. Close to everything , walkable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was a bit cold but the shower was hot which seems to be a rarity in Bolivia. So props for a reliably hot shower! We would recommend to future guests!
