Private master bedroom on the upper floor with a 3 people Jacuzzi on the terrace and a jetted tub at the master bathroom. 100 steps away from a heated private pool inside (Las Colinas), and unlimited access to all facilities at the next door Puerta Cortes Beach Club (tennis courts, gym, ping pong tables, volleyball, spa, bar and restaurants).

10 minute drive to Balandra and Tecolote beaches (classified among the best 10 in México).

This house has a prefect layout for two couples or a large family. The Puerta Cortes resort has wonderful amenities (and the private pool in Las Colinas is beautiful). You would want to rent the golf cart or have a car to go between the house and the resort. Eduardo and the property managers provided helpful information and were very responsive. The kitchen has basic items for preparing simple meals. The wi-fi worked for zoom meetings. The only thing I didn't like was the road noise from the highway below. It was surprisingly loud when you have the sliding doors open, especially in the morning.

Great location with Beach club access

We spent Father’s Day weekend with family and friends in Puerta Cortes. We have stayed many times in Las Colinas, but we chose this house because we like the floor plan and bedroom configuration. It accommodated 2 families very comfortably. I like that the master is upstairs so much children didn’t have to go up or down stairs like some of the other floor plans. The views were also great from this house and the master bedroom has a large terrace with a jacuzzi and great ocean views. The owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. We found everything in the house to be as it was presented in the listing. Check in was easy and we didn’t show up till 10 pm. We had beach club access with this rental which is where we enjoyed our days. We would definitely rent this house again for our next visit to La Paz!

Great week in La Paz

We had a great week at Puerta Cortes and exploring La Paz and the surrounding beaches. Eduardo and Karla provided a lot of input and were great at communicating before and during our visit. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We loved the blue Cortes beach club and the neighborhood pool.

Amazing house in a great location

There were 6 of us staying at this beautiful home. It’s in a great location and the views are amazing. The weather was a little cold but the carnival was going on which was a lot of fun. The owner Eduardo is very nice and professional and Karla, the house manager was always helpful as well! Some of the best perks were the hot tub, short distance to the pool and a water dispenser so you didn’t have to worry about purchasing a bunch of water bottles. I highly recommend!

Comfort in La Paz

Our stay at #2 in Las Colinas of Puerto Cortes community was wonderful. The home is very comfortable, complete with a wonderful hot tub. Very conveniently located and well appointed. Go to La Pax and enjoy!!! It is a beautiful paradise!

Convenient location

I recently stayed at this VRBO property in La Paz, Mexico and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The property was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a short drive away from the beach-club at Puerta Cortez. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer my questions and offer recommendations for things to do in the area. The communication was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail that the host provided. One of the things I loved most about this property was the private terrace with the jacuzzi and outdoor space. The backyard was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It was well-landscaped, with lounge chairs, and a BBQ area. The inside of the property was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in La Paz. The host was amazing, the property was beautiful, and the location was perfect. I can't wait to come back!

Good location and amenities, some room for improvements

This rental is in a great location and set up well to enjoy the amenities of Puerto Cortes near La Paz. It’s an easy drive to downtown La Paz, access to the beach club and resort amenities is a huge plus, and the rental was clean. There were some challenges with basic necessities. When we arrived the house had almost no toilet tissue in any bathroom or storage. We advised the property manager and we’re informed they would bring some by, but that did not happen throughout our stay. We simply bought our own. The filtered water container was also near empty on arrival. We were allowed a two-hour early check-in, so that may have been the source of some issues, but these basic items should have at least been remedied. Communication with the owner was excellent, but the property management could use some slight improvements. The property itself is safe and the stay was ok otherwise. Thanks!

We absolutely loved staying here. The owner was proactive in providing tips and suggestions. La Paz is a hidden gem. A wonderful, clean, safe town. This property is a short drive to vibrant restaurants and activities. The private beach club felt like our very own beach.

Las Colinas is wonderful

We had a great visit at the property and there was plenty of room for the whole group. The interior was in fantastic shape and we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace every day. A fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. The view from the terrace is beautiful, lots of perfect sunsets!

amazing stay in La Paz!

I cannot say enough about this fantastic property. The owner and his property manager provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house itself is in the hills overlooking the resort and the Sea of Cortez. It is spacious, comfortable and secure. Along with the house you have access to the resort beach club, which is ideal for adults and kids alike with food and beverage service at the ready. It's also recommended to take advantage of use of the golf cart as this makes getting around the resort a breeze. We had an absolutely fantastic time and can't wait to visit again. Many thanks to Eduardo for his hospitality and Carlos for on-site assistance.

Great Property, COVID Rapid Tests easily accessible

This was a great location for our stay in La Paz. Drove into the city (about a 5 minute drive) for meals, shopping and sightseeing and enjoyed relaxation back at the condo. Homeowner and property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, included address (across the street at Marina) to get our COVID Rapid Tests before our return flight.... it took 20 minutes for all 6 family members to be tested and rec'd the results in 2 hours via email. What a relief for international travelers looking for a great getaway!

Perfect place in paradise,

Had a great time in this property, nice place to stay and relax, Ac works great and everything was perfect in the house, the pool and beach club were awesome, really loved the sunsets from the beach club... top-notch golf ⛳ course and we rented the golf cart that helped us alot to get around the resort.. really enjoyed the restaurants that are located in the resort, and the coffee shops every morning... will definitely book this place next time I go to La Paz... can't forget the staff are really friendly and helpful,
