The place was even better than the pictures. We were extremely pleased with the layout. We were a little concerned for a privacy issue. The place has a huge bathroom (double sink-Huge shower) and attached dressing room/closet area. To hold luggage and clothes to not clutter up the main living space. The washer/dryer area is also great space behind the kitchen to keep all the dirty clothes and do wash- so can bring less clothes. The kitchen was well stocked. and The Host Mac- amazing - anything we needed he supplied. He went out of his way to bring us a regular coffe pot/creamer- instead of the Pod machine supplied. He brought a delicious bottle of wine- from his family vineyard. Communication was great. The bed was ultra comply- Full mattress and box spring. The view was just breath taking. you can watch the sunset from the room and see the amazing city lights to the beaches. The pictures cannot do this place justice. Highly recommend. No hidden pandora box when you arrive. and mostly importantly the place was spotless. It was like we were the first people to use anything. The cleaning crew does a fabulous job. Book this place without rethinking.

Beautiful property and views. So close to the sea lions and seals in the cove that they will keep you up if you’re a light sleeper (in addition to the unit above since ceiling/floors seem paper thin) but nothing earplugs can’t fix. Easy to walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and shopping.

Fantastic property

The view was to die for and the unit was fabulous. It was perfect for my husband and I. Within walking distance of the seals/sea lions and many restaurants, the convenience was unbeatable. We will be staying there again in the future.

Romantic Memorial Wkend

Perfect location with amazing view. Restaurants were all within a short walking distance with no worry @ moving the car. The parking spot was secure and covered. Only issue we had was the noise from the footsteps of the neighbors above that seemed to be running a track meet. A little music and the sounds of the sea lions made it still very enjoyable! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful studio, Perfect location

The studio is just as photographed. Beautiful view. Felt very safe at all hours. Property manager regularly checked in. Parking is very close and does have an elevator to bring you to street level. There are steps you will need to go down. Studio has everything you need and you won’t need to drive anywhere. The only downside is you can hear the people above you walking around and at times it’s very loud. For half our time there was a small child upstairs that ran around for hours at a time. Clearly it’s no fault of the rental property. We did leave a very nice FYI note for the people upstairs and they left a nice apology note. For the location and the cost of the property I don’t think anyone would realize how thin the floors are. Otherwise it was an amazing trip.

Stayed 1 night

The place was beautiful inside. Did not expect to see the top of the roof looking out towards the ocean. Also thought we had more of a private beach from the way it was advertised. The beach happens to be Cove in La Jolla, very busy! There were a lot of stairs to climb and hauling luggage up to get to the apartment was a bit difficult. Parking garage is quite congested, but it was good. We had a spot to park in.

Location Location Location!

This was by far the best place to stay in La Jolla. We did not have to move our car from the garage for two days because we walked everywhere! Our kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurants and the place was immaculate! So nice to have amazing views of the ocean and hear seals all day long! Will definitely stay here again for future trips!
