The place was very sparse, including the kitchen supplies. We did not cook anything there. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice, the deck was the best thing about it. Everything is worn though - the pictures show the place when new not in its current state. In fact the windows throughout are hazy and you can't enjoy the view through the windows.

The location was great. We love having the ability to walk to restaurants, shopping and of course along the shoreline. The unit was clean, which is very appreciated, but sadly it is not as well maintained as it should be. Being by the beach, with all the moisture is always a challenge. I know from having lived at the beach for many years. With that said, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the window is not enough. There was mold around the window, along the top inside of the medicine cabinet, it looked like maybe some on the ceiling in various spots and the baseboard next to the shower was not looking great. The liners in the kitchen on the open shelving was also looking gray/unclean in areas.It was not mentioned in the description that the trash truck comes a few mornings a week, about 7:30, to pick up from the museum as well as other trash truck pick ups on the street in addition to semi trucks using the street as a thorough fare. We would open the French doors in the morning for the fresh open air and have to close them back up shortly after because of the noise.

Fantastic location with view of the ocean. Few hundred feet walk to wedding bowl on the water. 5 min walk to restaurants and shops of LaJolla or to beach. Easy driving access to all areas north and south. Was a little warm at night in condo even with windows open as there is no ac. Otherwise excellent place and would stay here again.

Location within LaJolla was perfect. Walkable to the beautiful downtown area which had wonderful restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend Eddy V for happy hour. George’s was also great. The unit is great proximity to the beach and beach trail to view the sea lions. The patio had a nice view of the ocean..The unit was clean and comfortable. You can hear the ocean waves when the windows are open. You also hear all the other noises. Overalll, we had a very nice stay.

Great location, good amenities.

Steps away from the beach and waterfront. Right next door to the Contemporary Art museum. Five minutes walk to the village.Easy and convenient parking close by.Washer and drier were communal but was very convenient.Overall a comfortable stay.

Overall great stay. Best location in La Jolla!

Overall this property was amazing. Check in process was smooth with no issues. The property was as advertised. Walking distance to nearby beach. Only inconvenience was only one bathroom and sharing it with a total of 6 guests.

Best Unit in the Complex

The location was just great! Very close to the beach and wedding bowl (which was the purpose of our visit). And we could also walk all over town. But this location has a dozen or so units not all rentals. But this unit was the very best one. BIG ocean view and a walk out to the HUGE patio. It was perfect! Thank you.
