Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

This condo has everything you need for a fun, relaxing stay in LaJolla. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable, plus directly across from Windansea beach! People watching paradise plus beautiful sunsets, what more could you ask for!! Several restaurants near by and great neighborhoods to walk in. Will stay here again next time we visit LaJolla!

The view was expansive and beautiful. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We stayed in the lower unit, the foot noise from the upper unit was minimal. There's a market and restaurants within easy walking distance. The property manager's communications were excellent. We were very comfortable for our entire week and look forward to our next stay in this unit.

This home is the perfect vacation rental for beach lovers. It is just as described & more beautiful in person. The view of the ocean is stunning! Some of our favorite moments on this trip was sitting in the living room or balcony, watching surfers or dramatic sunsets. The house was very clean, spacious, well furnished, and stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The beds were super cozy and comfy. The location was also perfect as you could walk to various coffee shops, market, and restaurants and a short ride to many more. Our favorite restaurants: Puesto (authentic Mexican) and The Cottage (breakfast). This rental will not disappoint!

Great location and beautiful property

The property was spotless and in perfect order. The sunset views are amazing from the deck. Very comfortable beds and nice decor. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and location is very convenient for walking to the nearby market or grabbing a quick bite to eat out. Will be back!

Beautiful inside and out. The most amazing view of the ocean. Great location for popping back-and-forth to the beach from the house. We loved having a front row seat to watching the surfers catch waves. Great farmers market near by and a ton of great places to eat. Comfy beds and pillows and couches. The management was super communicative and responsive. we will stay here again.

Amazing location. Unit and furnishings were perfect as was the communications from the rental company. As stated in the listing there are some steep stairs to reach this unit Cell service is very spotty in this area but the back patio had reception, common in this vicinity. Very nice family rented upstairs, that being said the noise might be an issue for people. They were not unusually loud by any means, you just hear footsteps. I look forward to renting this unit in the near future.
