This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
Attention: This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. The view was expansive and beautiful. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We stayed in the lower unit, the foot noise from the upper unit was minimal. There's a market and restaurants within easy walking distance. The property manager's communications were excellent. We were very comfortable for our entire week and look forward to our next stay in this unit.

Beautiful inside and out. The most amazing view of the ocean. Great location for popping back-and-forth to the beach from the house. We loved having a front row seat to watching the surfers catch waves. Great farmers market near by and a ton of great places to eat. Comfy beds and pillows and couches. The management was super communicative and responsive. we will stay here again.

Great location and beautiful property
The property was spotless and in perfect order. The sunset views are amazing from the deck. Very comfortable beds and nice decor. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and location is very convenient for walking to the nearby market or grabbing a quick bite to eat out. Will be back!
