The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, it close to the Tofukuji station, there are grocery stores and some small restaurants near by. Although it not location in the center of the city, it is not hard to take a train or bus to anywhere you want to go.

Great location

Located about 500m from train station, just one stop from Kyoto station. Walk from train station is flat and comfortable. The information on how many people this venue sleeps mentions 12 people. However, note there are only two rooms which fit three futons and one small lounge room. We had 9 adults which we had to squeeze three in each room and remove the coffee table from the lounge room to set up three futons to accommodate the 9 people we had booked and paid for. The venue is fresh, new and clean in a great location, however, would recommend for a maximum of 6 adults.

お勧め宿です！

タイプが「桜」と「月」が有り、「月」を家族６名で利用させて頂きました。 室内は綺麗に管理されており清潔感が有りました。 ホテルタイプと違い、戸建て貸切タイプで食器類も充実していましたので、久々に会う家族と畳敷きのリビングで軽食を囲みながら楽しい時間を過ごせました。 まさに自宅でくつろいでいる様でした。 予約後から当日までの間、ご担当の方には大変良くして頂きお世話になりました。 機会が有れば次回も利用したいと思います。

駐車場完備でとても助かりました。 ８人で還暦古希お祝いをかねて宿泊しました。 古民家風ですが装備品はすべて新しくおしゃれな空間でした。 みんな大変喜んでもらえました。ありがとうございます。 歩いて東福寺の臥雲橋からの眺めは素敵でした。人も少ないから趣もありました。
