The room wasn’t clean and there was no key or even door know on the room. Its budget but it has to be clean. Sheets and towel dirty and bathroom shower full if mud and ither things

First of all the staff was kind and tried their best. My first room had no water, broken door, and looked half remodeled like a construction project. I was told I would get a new room and I did. Second room had drip of water, I literally jumped in the pool each day and shaved in the utility sink by the maintenance area. No screen on windows meant the worker and I worked together to tape trash bags over my windows due to mosquitoes. The stay was a nightmare, I took photos and video if anyone needs them to support this review. The staff, again, tried their best, but this hotel is not ready to receive guests for another year.

We booked this room for day use only (paid the full overnight rate) until 6 pm to catch our flight. The room was shocking: in a poor state, no mirror, no tv (not that we needed one), the fridge obviously turned off and closed for who knows how long - the seals were putrid. Wi fi very patchy. Overall, close to being condemned standard. Observed the pool not at all fit for swimming - green comes to mind!
