We loved this hotel! The music was a little loud at night, but the view, location and amenities are wonderful. Rana at the front desk was really helpful and made our stay more enjoyable.
Overall it was an excellent vacation.

Been there for weeks in last couple of years for a business. Check in and out very easy, staff is always friendly, helpful. Kind of issue to find a parking spot for a car at certain hours.
Absolutely worst hotel in turkey! From check in to check out was like a war zone. Check in so many people were complaining about problems with their room - key didnt work, heating not working, wifi not working, food not satisfactory - should have been a sign to leave. It was late and I had 2 babies so i waited to be served. 40 minutes. When I was finally served the man was so agitated that he was unable to be polite. This is despite being Christmas eve. Arrived at the room almost 1 hour after arriving at the hotel. The room was freezing. The drinks were hot in the fridge and the room smelt. I asked why the drinks hot and I was lied too saying mini bar not working as it needed to have someone in the room. I was promised it would be cold by morning. I relied on this promise and stored all the baby milk which went off. I was charged a lot of money to purchase a flat coke from the room service. Ice had to be asked for 3 times. We ordered food and no one came for 17 hours to pick up the empty trays from the door it sat there like a rubbish dump. The electricity went out and my kids and i were sitting in hall way at 10pm waiting for assistance. The room stayed so freezing. We asked for a blanket and it took until 1am the next day to arrive. I wrote to the hotel by email my concerns and they did nothing but say I got what I paid for. The buffet is not clean and has flies. Do not stat there

Dear madam, We undertstand you but many things that you wrote are not true. It's not true that you are writing behalf of the other guests because they were group check in when you were checking in and there was no complaning. We checked your minibar and it was working as standart 4 degreece. Air condition was working as normal, there was no problem. Wifi was working but maybe you don't know how do you connect it. You were shouting to everybody at the desk and we tried to calm you down. On your check out finally we did not charge the drinks that you've used for your kids which is not free normally. We charged for only drinks with alcohol. Thank you.
