Our room was not available for unclear reasons upon arrival. Sketchy and passive aggressive management. A cash damage deposit was required at check in without prior notice. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!

The ambience , cleanliness, bedding comfort, pillow, hot & cold shower , tap are running in good condition, facilities excellent, near to places of eating outside , walking distance to the premises. Night view of its surrounding is beautiful as we stayed on the 19th floor of the 20th floir building.

Cons: Mattresses soft & worn out, kitchen cabinets & toilets smells bad, wifi weak & had to reboot before connecting, once you step out of the apartment’s main door, strong sewerage smell !!! Very limited housekeeping service. Bath towels looks dirty, yellowish & worn out. Floor lamps provided in 2nd bedroom came with blown off bulbs ! Owner meet our request to provide apartment with landscape view of kuching. Rooms are neat and clean. Whole apartment is nicely renovated and new.Washer and dryer are provide. Water dispenser provide hot and cold water,save trouble of boiling water.Wifi is strong,surfing and downloading movie are fast. Will return to stay on our next trip to Kuching.

The hotel isn't far from the city centre.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Imperial Suites Serviced Apartment. Absolutely awesome. It has everything you ask for like in your own home, complete with cutleries, pots and pans. There're cooking stoves with an conventional oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a washing machine etc. Just cannot mention the rest. My daughter and her cousins just enjoyed themselves preparing their fav korean dishes. My mother in law really enjoyed herself. The staff were so friendly and many thanks to Mr Kenneth (hope his name is spelled correctly) for being really accomodative. Certainly I would like to recommend to my friends and relatives.
