Very spacious tidy great facilities no lifts was a bit annoying and also the shower was stupid had a shower head but no curtain around bath so floor got absolutely soaked I would recommend for mobile people great value for money too

Lovely place the staff where superb couldn’t help Enough , lots of stairs though if you need lifts no good for you this place , if you don’t its a belter no air con not a modern hotel but it was authentic which is what we wanted and in great a position

Building Works

There is major building works at this hotel with scaffolding across all the windows to the rear of the building. We were unable to open our window as it was sealed with polythene. The builders were outside our window at 7 am therefore we could not open our curtains. We were very disappointed as none of this work was mentioned when we booked. we were offered 15% off our bill. Staff and breakfast good.

The place to stay

The hotel is amazing, 10 min walk from the square, there is handy grocery/alcholol shops near by. The service was outstanding the staff were so helpful. They booked our day trips for us prior to our visit and our transfers to and from the airport. Will without a doubt be staying here when we visit again even with the children.

A great long weekend in Krakow

In terms of Value for Money and central location to stay in the fantastic centre of Krakow this would take some beating. Approx 6 - 7 minutes walk to the main square, rooms which are described as "Apartment" are more like basic hotel rooms with some "self service facilities", eg Air Con, fridge, small hob, toaster, basic utensils, en suite bathroom, free wifi, 24 hour reception, breakfast restaurant (not evening meals). Great price. On the adverse side the building has no lift and you could end up on the highest floor (4th) - we were on the 3rd floor. I would definitely use them again for the balance of location, quality and price - and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly

Happy with everything

We had a lovely stay at the Ventus Rosa. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very convenient for all we wanted to do and see I would happily recommend it.

Krakow Old Town - Autumn leisure trip.

A few days in Krakow with my wife and friends. This is a lovely Place to stay and an easy walk on main safe roads from the Old Town Square (5 mins). The accommodation is just outside the Walled park/gardens. The rooms are spotless, spacious and quiet and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Airport pick-up/drop-off and local trips can also be booked through the Ventus Rosa.

This place comes highly recommended..10 out of 10!

Lovely serviced apartments, with staff always around just as you would get in a hotel, 24 hour reception etc.. Between 5 and 10 mins stroll to the main square ,so, close enough that you feel part of it, but just perfectly placed away from it so that when you get onto the street that the apartments are located it is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had an outstanding choice of food and drink. Probably the best I have had anywhere in the world!, and the price for it was unbelievably low. Anyway, 10 out of 10 for this place based on the value of what you get for the price you have paid in regards to the apartment you are allocated, the breakfast, and the very friendly staff service. We got engaged during our trip in Krakow on one of the horse and carriage rides located at the main square, so really glad that our stay in Ventus Rosa Apartments was full of good experiences rather than anything negative. Krakow is an outstanding visit for a tourist, and one of the few great cities of Europe where you genuinely feel totally safe wherever you are in the city. Tourists are not being targeted by anyone with bad intentions. This appears to be a city that is on the crest of a wave, and doing really well now after some very hard times in the past. I would recommend few major cities to tourists as many in Europe have now turned, and criminals are targeting tourists non stop. Tourists visiting Krakow have never had it better, trust me on this one, I have travelled extensively. Enjoy!!

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of so many sights and places to eat. There was no lift and parking nearby was challenging and expensive. Bathroom and kitchen seemed clean, but bedroom nightstands were very dusty and the floors throughout were quite dirty. There are no English TV channels. The clothes washer is nice but there’s no dryer. Overall, the great location makes up for the shortcomings.

Ventus Rosa is Tops
