We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was plentiful and close to a number of key attractions. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and enjoy Krakow. Thanks!!
We where a party of 6 that staid for two nights in 3 double rooms. Nice clean rooms. The entire hotel is nice and clean. It may not be in the best of areas, but certainly nothing to be afraid about. The walk up to the market place takes about 20 minutes or so. Nothing much to right home about on that walk, but the market place is big, impressive and nice. The hotel breakfast was very good. Impressive!
Had a fab time here Krakow, can't wait to come back. This Hotel is so nice too..!!! You even go on a free boat trip from Hotel, Captain picks you up at foyer all suited so nice..!!! The staff are so helpful & our room was beautiful . We could get to the Jewish quarter easy as well as central squares.. please go to Salt Mines while here amazing !!!
Very smooth check in, lovely people and hotel clean and very smart. Close to all the the main points to see when in Poland. Should have booked longer as so much to see and do, and with a lovely stay in a very nice comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful on main desk when i had a query
We thoroughly enjoyed the four nights that we spent here. The hotel is a ten minute tram ride from the main square and is also located near the popular Jewish quarter. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the food in the restaurant was of a high standard - the steaks were particularly good. The hotel also offers a free boat trip, which was a nice touch. The spa facilities were good and there is a lovely view from the pool, especially at sunset.
Very nice hotel, we spent 6 days and we were satisfied with everything. The hotel is placed close to the river and and only 10 minutes walk away from the jewish quarter. The hotel is very well placed for tourist visitors in Krakow.
We had an enjoyable stay at the Qubus. All area of Krakow where in easy walking distance, The hotel is clean and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool but need more space to change. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back
A fairly average hotel with decent clean rooms and decent facilities, it's a bit out of the centre/old town but fine for people who don't mind the ten/fifteen minute walk to see the sights. Conference facilities were good, although organization tended to be a bit chaotic. Food in the restaurant was so-so, the bar/lobby felt a bit exposed and chilly with unpredictable service, but the drinks were decent and they coped well under pressure form a large group of heavy drinkers. There are some pretty good places to eat fairly nearby and good access to shops etc. Doubt I'd come back, but had a perfectly acceptable stay.
Hello everyone, We spent one long week end in March 2017 in Cracow. We spent about 75 euros/night for this hotel. What we liked: the location --> very good, we are near the Schindler museum and 10 min away from the city centre the room --> clean and spacious, nice TV with British channels - quite cool the building --> fitness centre, swimming pool - nice but not used the staff --> friendly and helpful at the front desk and the cleaning team cash automat --> you can take money directly in the hotel What can be improved breakfast -->17 euros is very expensive for Cracow, please review the price of the breakfast. So we did not eat in the hotel, please go to the jewish quarter for great affordable breakfast. bar staff --> this staff is just a joke, we waited about 20 minutes for 2 paninis and our order was not respected at all (I asked vegetarian, I got something with ham) I would recommend this hotel to anyone that want to visit the city, the hotel is accessible and quite affordable for one week end. I loved visiting Cracow and I would encourage anyone to come to this wonderful city. Regards, L.
The hotel is set near the Jewish quarter and a 10 min tram ride to the main square. The tram stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is lovely, room was spacious & clean. Towels are provided for the pool. We found the hotel met our needs and was a great base for exploring Kraków. The staff are friendly and very helpful, we would stay here again.
