This was a great apartment! It was exactly like the photos. Everything was in great condition and spotless - not a speck of dust, a single hair or even a fingerprint on the reflective surfaces and appliances! The windows, when closed, kept out all street noise except for the garbage and recycling. Yes, the air conditioning was odd that it was only venting from the foyer, but it wasn't hard to use like others have mentioned (and there are instructions taped right by the controls). It was never really hot so I can't say how well it would work on those days, but with all doors open (bedroom, bathroom and French doors) it kept it cool. I will not that no matter what temp we set it too, though, that it never got cooler than 24.5 C. That's not a problem for us, but if you're the type that likes it really cold then you'll be disappointed. We saw how bright it was in the photos and thought that it was just the pro photos, but there were so many light source and so many combos to use - unlike air conditioning, having a bright property is important. The building was on a quiet side street without tram lines. Many good restaurants are just around the corner (Hello India, Los Gorditos, Akita Ramen). Many other good ones were just down the street or a few streets away. Very close to a tram/bus stop and of course grocers like Zabka and bakeries like Awiteks, Buczek and Lajkonik) - but those are everywhere anyway. My daughter didn't want to leave because it was such a great apartment!

The place was nice, however, communication with the property was impossible. The contact property button through ExpediaforTD did not work. They did not respond to phone calls, mesages or emails. I was given they keys by a Polish-speaking security guard, and that was it. No one checked in and no one responded to any form of communication. I had some concerns about the property. One being that they advertised a washer/dryer. The apartment only has a washer. They also advertised satalite TV, but there were only about 12 channels in Polish. All of the appliances were set up in Polish so I had to spend a good deal of time tracking down appliance manuels in English to try to figure out how they worked. The TV and the Polish appliances were not a huge deal, however, I specifically rented this place because they advertised a dryer, and I was counting on having one. I was on a month-long European trip, and only packed a small carry-on, so laundry was a necesity to me. The apartment was nice, and in a good area, but I am extremely disappointed in the ZERO communication as well as the inaccurate description of amenities. Because of this, I would not recommend staying here.

Good location. Walking distance to Rynek Glowny and Wawel Castle. All sorts of restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean with plenty of towels and basic necessities. Paid street parking out front or paid underground parking. If using underground parking, you need to stop in front of parking gate and run inside to ask security to open gate. Was never an issue for us.

pros: great location close to Old town and Karzimierrz, with lots of amenities around. Nice clean building with 24 hour security. Cons: Some malfunctions and bad design: the murphy bed was broken so we used the mattress directly on the floor; the shower is badly designed, very low shower head and the tub is very high, so could be difficult if you have mobility issues, and dangerous given the water that gets everywhere. The bedframe was also quite wide with sharp edges The a/c is not actually installed but does work well enough to cool down the main room. Unfortunately it does not cool the bedroom. You have to step onto the bed if you don’t want to hurt yourself because the bedframe is wide with sharp corners. The restaurant downstairs has a patio and people talking and smoking until the early hours of the morning prevented us from opening the window, and were very hot. There were not enough towels and toilet paper, and while the apartment was clean there was popcorn in all the nooks and crannies. Also there is only one wardrobe with a few hangers. I would have liked to unpack our clothes into drawers, and what resulted was suitcase on the floor chaos. I would not return or recommend this place to friends.

Excellent location, exceeded expectations

The owner arranged for us to have this room as ours apparently had an issue. Very pleased as this exceeded our expectations. Everything you needed and more with the washing machine and dish washer, except for a toaster which isn’t a thing in Poland apparently. The balcony was beautiful with the fab weather we had in May. Have no doubts in recommending this apartment and would most certainly stay again.

Great place to stay - central with lots of great food options within 5 min walk. Some minor issues with the internet initially but these were resolved by the host. There isn’t anywhere to leave bags as there is no front desk - this was not an issue for us but good to keep in mind if you are early

Lovely smart apartment in good locale

Lovely clean and spacious apartment, well equipped for a weekend stay, longer stays might be more difficult with limited kitchenware. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Only issue we had was at check in - someone had written a reseravtion number on the key envelope along with my name but this didnt match any ref we had which caused a lot of confusion and delay with the security guard - however a quick call to the owners rectified this. Maybe consider sending a confirmation email with a single ref number

Property was very well kept although i made a mistake when booking and booked an apartment with only a sofa bed which was so uncomfortable but my own fault. We couldnt get the oven hob to work but other than that , very clean, modern, great location, the corridors and reception always smelt gorgeous, overall lovely apartments

Beautiful little apartment in a great location. Highly recommended for those wh don’t want the hustle and bustle of the main high street. The area has so much charm and local hidden gems for food and drink.
