The woman at the front desk was very kind in giving instructions to the room and also gave us a map so that we were aware of what was nearby. Room was clean, food was awesome. You could make polish kanapki (open face sandwiches), cereal, yogurt and a bunch of other things. Not a lot of options but they were all good. Takes a few doors to get in but instructions were clearly provided by front desk. I would stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay with this spacious and very modernized apartment. A few things to note would be, there were crumbs under the couch along with a few other areas slightly messy. Our bed sheet had a stain, and one of the pillows had a red blood or lipstick stain slightly, as if it was worn off or didn’t wash out. We didn’t make a big deal about it, but it was nice to have a fridge and nice balcony. It’s in a nice area with only a 4-5 min walk to the main rynek which was nice. We didn’t realize there was parking underground with reservation for cheaper than what we payed for across the street which was 100zl. They did leave a bottle of wine in the room along with water bottles in the room, however when I messaged them about if it was free or not nobody replied so we didn’t touch them. I would recommend this place, hopefully it was just a one time that our room was not cleaned perfectly. The younger girl who checked us in was very polite and friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to talk to us, but then on the other day or two there was a older woman who would just “shrug” her shoulders when we walked in or out and didn’t seem as “friendly” to say hello or just ignored us when we said good morning.

Very nice apartment

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice big modern TV but nothing in the way of English speaking channels which is to be expected. Lovely big round bed. Adequate bathroom and kitchen area. Nice comfortable chairs in living area. Would certainly return one day.

Very nice property but the door handle to the bedroom fell off, some of the tiling was missing next to the fireplace, the freezer was a bit dirty and the bathroom air vent had the cover missing. Also the air conditioning vent in the main room of the apartment had the vent cover missing.

The apartment seemed to be from the 1970s with minor upgrade to bathroom. Bathroom also very very small. I almost couldn’t close the shower door! TV had only local polish channels, and there was a very loud noise coming from a floor grate adjacent to the bed all night long. However, on a positive note, parking was available for a reasonable cost, and we were within easy walking distance to absolutely everything. Staff were also very helpful.

A great location just a few minutes walk from the centre through the Planty We had a nice roomy apartment with balcony. We overlooked the inner courtyard but it was nice to be able to sit out Although it states the reception is only open 8.00 am to 8.00 pm there was always someone on duty Very clean and comfy and enough equipment for you to do your own self catering if you wish. Krakow itself is so stunningly beautiful. Definitely recommend a visit and I would stay at the Patk Side apartments again to

Apartment is in great location few minutes walk to Old Town square. The first room we were assigned the bed was in a loft that has a spiral stairs to access from the living room. Not good for seniors’ safety going up and down since bathroom is down the main floor. We asked to be changed and we were given a studio room which was spacious enough for 2. No housekeeping service but you can ask towels and garbage bags from the reception. My only complaint is the soggy bed and pillows. You get only 2 soggy pillows. Otherwise the place is good enough for us. Reception even arranged airport car service for us. Breakfast wasnt my favorite but there’s cafes and convenient stores nearby.

The photos we saw online were nothing like the cramped apartment (The Grammy) we stayed in. The main bedroom literally only had a bed in, which we had to climb over to get into - no wardrobe, drawers or bedside tables. The other bedroom had 2 single beds and a tiny wardrobe (perhaps 50cm hanging space) and no drawers. We had to keep our suitcase and with most of our clothes on the kitchen bench, not ideal for a 5 night stay. The living area was also very small, not really suitable for 4 adults. Pros - good location, coffee machine, the 2 maintenance issues we had were dealt with straight away and the staff were friendly. We wouldn't stay here again if we came back to Krakow.

Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and just a few blocks away from everything in Old Town. Parking, however, is a nightmare. I did not know when booking to reserve a parking space so that really needs to be added to the description! I was lucky to find one after circling several times. (Lots of one-way streets so that was not a simple proposition.)

Quiet, well located apartments

This is a great set of apartments in a great location close to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely bathroom with a hot powerful shower. Plenty of toilet rolls provided. On the downside, the room blinds are quite transparent and do not shut out the light, so we were disturbed by the light early every morning. We had one of the basic apartments and there was a supply cupboard outside our room. If we weren’t already awake due to the light, the sound of the cleaners opening and banging the cupboards shut would wake us. There was only one cup and one bowl for two of us. We were arriving after 8pm when reception was closed and needed to ensure a remote check-in. Communication wasn’t the best through hotels.com. My messages were ignored and I needed to call them. After calling however, we received very clear instructions regarding our late check-in. Overall, especially due to the location we enjoyed our stay at the Parkside apartments, and would choose to stay in them again.
