No parking - didn't find out you could pay extra to have them park for you until 3rd day. It was a struggle since my husband is mobility impaired. Parking in town is EXTREMELY limited. Also there is a Hotel Unicus close by - we started at the wrong hotel. Our room key quit working every day - minor inconvenience.

Excelente hotel es un hotel situado en una casona y que modificaron con muy buen gusto el cuarto era grande ya que tenía dos habitaciones y dos baños. Pero sobre todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Se encuentra ubicado a dos cuadras de la plaza principal llena de vida y variadas opciones para comer.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. The rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel feels clean, modern and the service is just excellent. Breakfast were phenomenal! We walked everywhere from this hotel and totally enjoyed our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
