Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated! The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice terrace with views of Wawel Castle in the distance. The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance to the Old Town and even beyond that, much was easily walkable. While we didn't get breakfast with our stay, the restaurant next door worked with the hotel and it looked like their breakfast was delicious. We did stop in one evening for pizza and really enjoyed the wood-fired oven pizza. There are tons of hotels in the area, but I feel like Hotel 32 was very convenient and in a quiet part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

A great stay

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would give 5 stars but there were a few things that have knocked it down to a 4. The room we were given didn’t have working air conditioning, which the staff were aware of prior to our arrival, yet we were still given a room with broken air con. Credit to the guy when I raised it at reception he offered to bring another fan (the room already had 1) to help with the heat, which was with us within 10 minutes. The second was that the room was advertised as having a ‘fully equipped bathroom’ but there was only hand soap and a 2in1 shampoo/shower wash. So if you want or need conditioner be sure to bring your own! In all the location was brilliant, really close to the old town market square and only round the corner from the historic Wawel castle.

Great Hotel!!

I took a quick solo trip to Krakow to see the sites. The hotel was VERY clean, LARGE, and centrally located. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel staff are great, and they cleaned promptly everyday, The restaurant connected to the hotel serves delicious Italian Mediterranean Polish food. This hotel is a real special treat.

Lovely Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights .we love Krakow . Great location short walk to main square. Lots of lovely places to eat in the square. 24hr supermarket opposite. Lovely friendly hotel staff very helpful. Very clean ,room serviced every day . Comfy bed ,exceptional pillows . We missed breakfast 1st morning and they did us a lovely packed breakfast/ lunch ,it was amazing . We would defo go back . We live in a very quiet place in the uk, we found the traffic outside very noisy at night .couldnt believe the amount of traffic at night ,doesn’t seem very busy in the day . We had a room on the street. Ear plugs are supplied in the room , which we used every night.

The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt safe at the hotel and walking around the area. The restaurant next to the hotel served good pasta/pizza. Easy bus ride from the airport & train station. Easy walk to the main area. Supermarkets near by for snacks. I recommend this hotel

Small hotel, room was spacious, well decorated and the bathroom was big and relatively new. Staff pleasant. We chose a room with a balcony. Not much of view from the back of the hotel and there’s a bike rental business below, so if we returned we probably wouldn’t take this option. Only had the breakfast once, all you can eat cooked and buffet combination was very nice. Easy access to the Old Town, Castle etc and a 25 minute walk from Glowny Main Station. Would definitely recommend.
