I loved the old world charm of this hotel. They even had A/C in the room, which is rare in Europe. It was clean, the staff was wonderful, and it was easy to get to the square, the old square, and other areas for touring and eating and shopping. They have a restaurant, but I didn't try it. The only drawback was a lack of laundry service.

I was extremely pleased with how large and comfortable this room was for a very reasonable price. The location is wonderful for Kazimierz tourism. I have one major criticism which I hope the hotel will see. The bathroom has a large shower with not one place to put your shower items! If you want to use soap, it has to rest on the floor when you're not holding it! I'm not so picky about things, but having to put your bar of soap on the shower floor is madness.

The air-con works pretty well. This hotel is one of the few still using true bath soap rather than shower gel, which is amazing! The breakfast is very good. The location is central and you can walk to almost all Krakow attractions from there.

This is a mid-sized 'family' run restaurant close to the centre of Krakow and the Kazimierz district. The rooms are perhaps getting a little dated but are clean and more than adequate. The breakfast was substantial and continental (no bacon) but was varied and tasty. The staff were accommodating and friendly. My brother needed an accessible room, and was given one that really was large and accessible!!

When we got there we were told to get back in to taxi and that we were going somewhere else and that the guy on reception will tell us what was happening. It turned out that a group who had booked through a tour group were staying an extra day so we had to go somewhere else as they had no room for us so the start of our stay was not the best. However, when we got there we could not fault the room, was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was very nice and had plenty selection for us. We would stay there again despite the bad start.

Hotel is central

Hotel is in a good location, can walk to old town and castle and jewish quarter. We walked almost everywhere. There is a lot to see in Krakow and l think we managed to see it all. WE has some lovely food in the surrounding restaurants. Only had breakfast at the hotel. Good job they had eggs and a toaster or l would have starved...... \there was no atmosphere in the hotel at all........ I would recommend Krakow as a city break but not at this hotel.

Comfortable, Clean, Friendly, Central Location

Secesja Hotel is small, friendly, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The decor is quietly stylish, art nouveau. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, efficiently booking our day trips, calling taxis, providing directions and giving good general advice. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good choice of tasty, hot and cold food available and staff kept the buffet table well-stocked.

Good hotel in a special location

Good breakfast which includes Polish delicacies. A nice touch is the free tea/coffee in the bar in the afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Location in Kasimierz has a lot of historical interest and is not overrun by tourists. We would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel well located

Located close to the so-called Jewish sector an area that is now very vibrant and bohemian with lots of cafes and attractively priced restaurants. Full of students and not too many tourists we loved the area. 10 minute walk to the main market and tourist areas made it an excellent location. Hotel was very good value for money, clean with breakfast and all the facilities you would expect. Free tea or coffee in the bar area was a great plus.
