Room: I stayed on level 1. The room was modern, nice and comfortable. The bed very nice, soft and comfortable. The bathroom was modern. It had a shower (without a bath), and a bidet. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. Breakfast: The breakfast was good. The seating was a little strange with one area to sit upstairs away from the food, making it a little difficult. Facilities: The hotel had a gym, pool, Finnish, steam and one other sauna. The pool and sauna area were on the lower ground levels. The pool and sauna were popular. Location: Great location. 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the entry to the old town. I would recommend.

Amazing hotel in a great quiet location, short walking distance to Old Town Krakow. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always friendly and going above and beyond to assist and accommodate their guests. The SPA area is stunning and it’s a pleasure to relax, take a swim or warm up in the sauna. The rooms are generous, quiet and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there and we will for sure come back again. Thank you so much to everyone for this wonderful experience.

Lo que mas me gusto fue la localizacion del hotel, justo frente al casco historico lo que facilito la visita a multiples lugares sin tener que tomar tren o taxi. Tambien estaba muy cerca de la estacion del metro y de los tranvias. Tambien el hotel es super moderno, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Me encanto el lugar.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa. The room was incredible, very clean and decorated to a high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We had a lovely stay here, but I would say this is only JUST a 5* hotel. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and the bathroom was amazing (the automatic bidet was interesting!). The spa area was also excellent - we used it a couple of times during our stay. A few things let it down. The room was spotless when we first arrived but I wasn't convinced we received a 5* room clean in between and we're very tidy, clean guests. The floor didn't look like it had been hoovered! Whilst the spa area was great, children were allowed in which did ruin the vibe somewhat. Finally, it was my partners birthday on the trip and we received nothing in the way of a gratuity. Not something I've experienced in a 5* hotel before. Overall, a good solid hotel in a great location that was reasonably priced and I'd definitely stay there again. I expect the issues above are merely teething issues.
