Enjoyable 4-night stay

Really enjoyed our four-night stay at the Golden Queen hotel. The hotel is immaculately clean inside and out, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, digital room controls and a nice hot shower. Breakfast was continental style with a choice of cooked egg options. Hotel location is a 5-10 minute walk to the old town square and the same to Wawel castle. The hotel overall is high class, high quality and we would definitely stay again next time we visit Krakow.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast was very good, highly recommend the omelette. The fact you could hang the little bag on your bedroom door too, to prevent the cleaner changing your towles and bedsheets for economical benefits was a lovely touch. This also resulted in a little treat being left in the bag when we returned each day. Great hotel, great staff, and a beautiful city.

Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well.

Very impressive

The room was beautiful with a surprise concealed bed feature. At first we thought we only had a living room area, but then there was a button which brought a bed down from the ceiling, incredible. Everything was clean and beautiful. A lovely stay!

Nice, quiet hotel with great service

Really enjoyed this place. It's not easy to get to by taxi, since it is at the end of a long one-way street--but that means it's quiet and has a rather "hidden gem" vibe. It's easy to get to by walking, by the way. An easy walk to the Central Square and all the desired sites, and very close to the castle (whose name escapes me at present). No refrigerator in my room, but the staff were ready and willing to help me refrigerate some medicine for me. Personally, I didn't love the breakfast offerings (though the coffee was quite good). I did not try the option of asking them to cook something for me.

Lovely and clean, our room was cleaned and towels changef every day, unfortunately that wasn't the case for the other room I booked for a family member. Couldn't fault breakfast, catered for everyone and even cooked items that weren't on the menu. I would definitely go there again. Small hotel and quiet
