We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of six! It was the perfect space for us, offering everything a large family needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. There are plenty of small grocery stores and dining options just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to other large families looking for a central location with all the amenities you need for a great stay. The only downside was the parking situation—it’s about an 8-10 minute walk away, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to carry it. Additionally, because the apartment is located in a green zone, you’re not allowed to drive right up to it, which means you can’t unload your luggage directly at the apartment. However, aside from this small inconvenience, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend this place for families!

My family and I stayed at the Ermine Suites for seven nights. It was a fantastic place. One step out of the property, you will discover a new world of Krakow. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions are all a few seconds from the property. More interestingly, the Main Square of the Old Town is just a three-minute walk from the property. The property Manager Joanna was amiable and a great help to us. We will definitely stay in the same place again hopefully next year.

Super communications with Joanna. All the staff was great. Loved the neighborhood and the charming restaurants that were so close by. When we booked the trip we didn't even know about the Christmas Market which was an easy walk! It's always nice to have a little more space than just a small plain room. All the amenities were excellent. The kitchenette was perfect and to be able to do a little laundry was wonderful during an almost three week trip.

Great option to stay in the centre of Krakow, walkable distance from the train station. All the sightseeing on the doorstep together with some great options for eating out. There is a small grocery shop next door. A lift is available and makes it easy to get your stuff upstairs. Lovely, modern looking apartment with all the amenities you would need. Some cosmetic updating from the high usage needed but it wouldn't put us off from booking again. Great communication with the host. Lovely little touches like fruit, bottled water and sticker books. There was a renovation going on next door so 7am start on Saturday wasn't great but not the owner fault. You can also hear the faint sound of the nigh club few doors down.
