Awful, but dealt with promptly and well.

The apartment was dingy and dark, and the previous occupants had been smoking in it. When I complained, the matter was handled well, and quickly, and we were offered the option of moving to another apartment a little further away. We decided to accept the offer and had a wonderful stay. The new place was a bit further away from the Market Square, but it was larger, not smoky, and very well furnished. I would most definitely recommend the 'Blue Suite' in the Kazimierz area.

Quise hablar al encargado para saber si podia contratar otra noche y sie staba disponible el lugar y nunca me contesto, lo esperamos hasta las 2 pm, cuando quedo en ir desde las 10 am al check out, salimos a comprar algo de comer a 2 cuadras, cuando regrese, habia hablado sacado nuestras cosas, y que habia cobrado mas por los horas extras y no me resolvio nada. Pesimo lugar.

Genuin polsk äldre lägenhet

En mycket personlig genuin polsk äldre lägenhet där man måste vara beredd att gå fyra våningar via trappa (ingen hiss - det visste vi om - inget för den otränade!). Helt enkelt ett gott boende för den som inte suktar efter lyx och att umgås med andra i en hotellobby, utan nöjer sig med att sköta sig själva! Läget utmärkt! En LITEN balkong som ändock ger möjlighet att titta ner på gatans brus med bilar och spårvagnar.
