Krakow’s Cracking Hotel

I returned last night from a 4 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s a small boutique hotel comprising of only 13 rooms with thoroughly modern decor and for out. The staff from the moment I walked in to leaving could not have been more welcoming or hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular I would like to mention: Katie, Ewa, Nina and Magdalena. Absolutely fabulous front of house team with incredible language skills! The hotel has a small, but lovely well stocked bar which is also open to the public. The rooms are very modern and spacious. I had a King Room with a Garden View. The room was huge! Fitted out with sizeable modern bathroom and ‘wet room’ style shower. Hairdryer supplied and plenty of sockets (don’t forget your European charger!). Mini bar and tea/coffee facilities. There is a small restaurant on the 4th floor. I only visited for breakfast. Typical Polish breakfast; bread (and a toaster), cold meats, cheeses, real butter pats, fresh milk, yoghurts, cereal, pastries. There’s also a selection of cooked breakfasts, all singing and dancing coffee machine and a selection of breakfast teas/hot water and slices of lemon. When I checked out early yesterday morning and went on my final tour, I was able to leave my bag ready for collection when my taxi transfer arrived. The hotel pre-arranged my airport transfers with a reliable company and very pleasant English speaking snd knowledgable drivers - almost a free tour.

great location at the very quiet area but still all in a walk distance from every where. great supporting staff with a big smile. Big and comfortable room. Must mention Ewa who was supper excellent with her service orientation. The road contraction work near the hotel were a bit interfering, but that has nothing to do with the hotel service at all.

The hotel was arty and minimalistic, which meant you had privacy and rarely saw other guests, only at breakfast. The rooms were large and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but you do have the option to order off the menu which was included in the price. The Jewish quarter is about 10 minute walk and the main square about 20 minutes. I’d recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Property is relatively new with modern decor. Room was very spacious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was more than sufficient with plenty of choice. Located in the Jewish Quarter it was ideally located to try some of the fantastic restaurants nearby. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again. Awesome staff specifically Nina was always working and helping guests. Hotel is aesthetically beautiful with great attention to detail. WiFi was up and down-disappointing for such a nice place.

Phenomenal location other than ongoing major road construction up front. The reception is wonderfully helpful but they were “away from the desk” a bit too often and we had to call them to get help. Overall a great place to stay in Kazimierz.

NIGHTMARE APARTHOTEL.

Siamo arrivati in struttura e la porta a vetri era chiusa e dentro deserto. Dopo qualche minuto ci ha aperto un'altra ospite e ci ha detto che bisognava inviare una email. Lo abbiamo fatto ma non avevo fornito il numero di prenotazione. Ho risposto e non mi hanno più risposto. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa abbiamo telefonato al cellulare indicato in un cartello all'interno. In inglese abbiamo fornito le informazioni e ci hanno inviato una email con le istruzioni per ritirare la chiave elettronica. A differenza di come indicato sui servizi della struttura, i seguenti servizi erano ASSENTI: Un ristorante Cassetta di sicurezza presso la reception Lavanderia self-service Personale poliglotta Pulizie giornaliere Colazione a buffet (a pagamento) Reception aperta 24 ore su 24 Servizio di lavaggio a secco Accessori per la preparazione di caffè/tè Set di cortesia firmato Shampoo. Sono SCANDALIZZATO e vorrei un indennizzo per i disservizi subìti!

Heel mooi hotel gelegen in het centrum van Krakau. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Goed ontbijt, klein buffetje en mogelijkheden tot het bestellen van een omelet of pannenkoekjes. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en meedenkend! Kamers ook heel erg mooi, ruim en schoon. Aanrader!

깨끗하게 리모델링한 호텔입니다. 올드타운까지 거리가 있지만 강이 가깝고 깨끗합니다. 한국어 할수 있는 직원분도 계셔서 편하게 있을 수 있었습니다. 다만 1층에 카페인지 술집이 하나 있는데 음악을 너무 크게 틀어서 시끄러웠습니다.
