The hotel requires 500 baht for "security" once you are doing the check in. However, this is not previously informed. The room is the same as showed in the website. There is a pool, laundry service (60 baht per kg) and a restaurant. I do not have the opportunity to check the restaurant, but the pool was very nice. Congratulations to the young lady hosts whom is very polite.

Det finns några saker som drog ner vår vistelse. Nattklubben Zoom Bar spelar hög musik fram till 02, och det gjorde det svårt att sova. Wifi fungerade knappt, och vi hade återkommande strömavbrott under två dagar innan det löstes. AC:n var dessutom ganska svag, så rummet blev varmt. Med det sagt finns det också positiva saker. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till, nära både stranden och restauranger. Rummen var rena och vi fick städning när vi bad om det. Tyvärr vägde de störande momenten ner helhetsupplevelsen.

O atendimento na receção não foi nada simpático, os funcionários não sabiam falar inglês, o serviço de limpeza nos quartos não foi feito. A piscina não tinha serviço de toalhas.

Property is centrally located on the main drag to Aonang Beach. Its also a 10 mins walk to the beach and about 30mins to the famous night market. If you are hoping to get anything resembling a good night sleep then forget this hotel. JM Party Bar is right next door blaring out its boringly monotonous dance beats until 2am. The only way to sleep through this cacophony of mentally disturbing excuse for entertainment is to slowly choke yourself until you pass out. The room is clean with fresh towels, a bar fridge and a small table. There is no hanging space for any clothes. Be wary that you might be accused of taking something from the room that will leave you out of your 500Bht deposit. Dont let this money grab slide. 500Bht may not be a lot of money but its the principle. I would not return to this hotel again. There's way better out there for the same price and in a way better location.

WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE

I stayed 3 nights (50$ per night) The worst hotel in my life, very bad welcoming check in and check out ( I said hello 2 times at check in… no reply, I said hello 2 times at the check out…no reply) Room not clean, hair and sand on the floor. Only one bad quality little soap in bathroom…no shower gel, no shampoo, no amenities, no sleepers, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, when I asked they told me « go to supermarket », safety box don’t function. No hot water in the shower. After 10 pm, the lobby reception is closed. I never seen that before, I travel a lot and I don’t recommend this hotel. After check out I asked they keep my luggage 2 hours before my flight…they said NO. Don’t book this hotel, choose an other one

What I liked The location is fantastic but with a downside. There are several bars open till 2/3am and music is blaring. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me too much. The rooms are clean as well as the facility. What I didn't like Hotel Staff isn't all that friendly doesn't go out of their way to help you. The towels all have stain marks on them and so does the bed sheets. I had them bring me 4 sets of towels before I found 2 that wasn't stained. I also had them change my bedsheet. The water pressure was horrible and the water was not hot at all. The shower would pulse every minute from a trickle to what one would normally expect. I would not stay here again even if was free

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unfriendly. We were dismissed to the side as though we were something filty. After a while, it became apparent that there was something wrong with her bookings that she had on paper. Finally they found my name so we thought it was sorted. She asked if it was okay that she gave us a twin room instead of a double. (Looking back at it I think she may have had a problem with a gay couple sleeping in the same bed). At the moment we didn’t mind, but when we arrived at the room, we noticed that it was completely different than the room type we paid for. When we went back to the reception she was again very rude, tried to ignore us and when we finally kept pushing for the room that we paid for, she said “Well than you will have to move everyday because we are full”. As it was not our problem that her booking system was flawed, we didn’t accept this. She then said: “Well if you already touched something in the room, drank the water or used the toilet, we can not move you”. Luckily we didn’t so she didn’t have a choice than give us the room that we paid for in the end (although it was still a twin room and not a double). Summary: very rude staff, very loud music until 2am, they are known for scamming their guests and making them pay for stains on sheets and towels that werent theirs. We took pictures of everything when we got to the room.
