At first we encountered some minor issues with the room, including a leaking air conditioner but the staff was quick to respond and accommodated us well. The view is amazing! The staff is super friendly and our room was well kept. We also loved that it was walking distance from the beach, market and restaurants. Definitely will be coming back again!
My husband and I stayed here for our summer visit to Thailand and encountered a few problems! Power was out 2 out of 3 days we were there. My husband suffered an injury at the pool and staff didn't offer to help or send for manager. The injury sent my husband to the hospital and staff pretended to not see the problem going on! Very disappointed!!!
Submitted a positive review, but my card has a mysterious charge, assuming it's the deposit, which should have been refunded. We were informed at checkout that all was fine with room. Email pakasai@pakasai.com from their website doesn't work, haven't been able to make contact with hotel. Also tried their website mail contact feature. We had a great stay so hope this doesn't change the experience.
The room was clean and shower worked very well, staffs were kind although someone was hard to communicate with, and most of all the location was perfect. Breakfast buffet was great to me since they offer all kinds of eggs(scrambled, poached ect.) but the restaurant is not that recommendable. (fusion pasta was great but too tough beef for cheeseburger and pizza tasted also not that memorable) However due to great location it was not a problem at all!! there's some delicious street food sellers right across the hotel and the great restaurants near the hotel (for example, blue mango) the resort thai massage was also great, it was much expensive compare to outside(double to tripple), but they were really professional and it worth! I would definitely visit again!
