Convenient and new hotel

It was raining throughout our 2 days stay at Nice hotel, the receptionists provided us with umbrellas and were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to call up the tour that we booked to make sure they were coming.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The first room we were offered had no windows, which we couldn’t accept. The second room had a bathroom with a strong rotten smell, making it very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the receptionist was lovely and tried to help, but the room issues really overshadowed that.

Bad experience.

I will not recommend this hotel to all. We arrived at about 8pm to check-in. We were horrified when the hotel staff informed us that they did not have our booking and told us that we might got scammed. We booked via hotels.com and had prepaid. After much explaining to the hotel staff, finally managed to convinced her that our booking is legitimate. She checked and managed to find our booking via expedia.com. We got our room 404. When we opened the door, we were shocked to see a big lizard crawling on the floor. We managed to get a room change to 406. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel in Krabi.

Hotellet saknar luftkonditionering i samtliga allmänna utrymmen. Mycket varmt.

Was will man eigentlich mehr ?

Krabi town rules!

Our stay was great. The hotel staff are super friendly. The hotel is a great location for krabi town because its a little out of the main area but easily walkable. Their is a night market super close and really just food everywhere. It's not so much for the beach resorters, krabi town has it's own local charm.
