There are cockroaches on our rooms. The room that was given to us for 6pax was so small and the only good thing that happened are the housekeepers. They told me that there is a vacant family room that is way bigger and comfortable compared to the one that was given to us

Room we were provided was ridiculously small, even though we had booked months in advance we still got the last available room. The 4 of us had to shuffle on to one of the double beds just to be able to close the door and access the 2nd bed. Bathroom drain took forever to drain after a shower, you were basically standing in about 5cms of water after a shower. There was barely enough room to open our suitcases, lots of shuffling around was required just to be able to do so. Hong Kong accommodation is typically small but this really was the bottom of the barrel...

Terrible hotel

One of the worst places I have ever stayed in.Have played less and d had better.Room was immature and shower had toilet in cubicle. Bed was tiny and wallpaper dirty and mouldy..Should be taken off expedia list they should have a look at it..I did not comlain because all the rooms were probably the same and didn't want to spoil my holiday.
