For Hong Kong, it is what it is.

As in other reviews, the place is a bit odd by western standards with the small rooms and the multitudes of hostels/rooms in one building. Can be a bit hard to locate as it doesnt have the traditinal signs out front. However, once I got there and checked in, it is exactly like the rooms described in the reviews and the staff were pleasant. I only needed one night and it served the purpose i needed it for. If i need a room in the future for a night or 2, i will not hesitate to stay here again.

Decent place.

The place being an older building, things are natural deteriorated. However, the customer service was amazing. The younger guy was really nice and helpful. I had to book last minute, so it was kind of pricey. The location is great, right at the beginning of Women's Market.

You get what you paid for.

First room bathroom door won't close. Do they expect me to hold the door while I shower?! It's not about living alone or not...if I stay in that room and it gets flooded after I shower whose fault is it?! So they switched me to second room, door closes. BUT toilet is on and off, either no water or button is not working...so I have to deal with it myself many times. Bedsheet is stained... Towels not provided you have to pay to "rent" it. I have the same budget for many places I stayed at, it's not the cheapest one I have paid for, but definitely the worst one so far.

We were given a very clean room with clean attached toilet. We were told that what we paid for doesn't come with an attached toilet even though I saw on the info sheet as stated with toilet. Anyway, the owner was kind enough to let us have a room with an attached toilet as we were 2 ladies travellers.

Hotel is central to train station, hong kong Is very large city so you will be getting the train anyways, not many bars ect but hotel is a bit of a shock when you walk in but it's basic but clean, it's good for what u pay and central enough

The good and the bad

A inn very difficult to find . Is on side street. 83 argyle is whole block. Bed comfortable. Room has no window. Can barely fit in bathroom. Afraid if took shower would flood room. Neighbourhood excellent.

チェックイン開始時刻が間違っている

夜行便の飛行機で香港に到着したというのもあり、このホテルのExpediaのチェックイン開始時刻がAM8:00からになっていたので予約したが、AM9:00頃にホテルに着いてチェックインを申し出たら、チェックイン開始はPM1:00からだと言われ、「Expediaに8時と書いてある」と言っても、半ギレ気味に午後1時だと言い張られてしまいまったく話にならなかった。 おそらくだがこのホテルはフロント開始時刻とチェックイン開始時刻を混同していると思われるので、早朝チェックインを考えている人は、このホテルの記載は間違っているので、予約しない方がいいと思う。 見本の部屋の写真は明るい外向きに窓があるように見えるが、実際の窓の外は空気口のような光が入らない暗いところで実質的には窓なしと変わらなかった。部屋もベッドもシャワールームもすべてが狭く、これだったらもっと安い共同シャワーの安宿でも同じだったように思う。 ただロケーション的には悪くはない場所です。
