It could be better

They promise tv and cable but the tv was not working since 2012 as there is a sign saying so. Also, the towels were so wore out that one can see thru; also, no daily cleaning there, in fact not even once in 11 days. The wifi signal it was really weak. The owner or manager not a great customer service. Too many things to mention.

Need to fight to have toilet paper

When we ask for toilet paper they say that it's impossible to provide us some because the cleaning person was not there that day. Need to ask the manager for a refund before they find a way to find toilet paper in this big city. Also have to flight with cockroach since there are many in the room.
