A budget hotel located in the city and behind the well known Welcome Sea Food Restaurant. Conveniently located for us to walk within short distance to enjoy great sea food every evening for our dinner. The hotel is clean and room are comfortable with good aircon system. Breakfast on the ground floor was good and place is well kept. Overall service staff are friendly and helpful.

First time staying in this hotel and got accused of smoking in the hotel room twice of which nobody is smoking in the room. Nearly got charged 200. Clarified the matter but still want to charged 200 during check out. Will never return to this hotel. Being accused for something u didnt. The room is too small and especially for 2person also.

This hotel is a pretty good hotel for its price. The room is abit small, but they come with all the necessities. Location wise, it is located near to the Philippines market. It requires are few minutes walk to reach Gayat street and Suria KK. Plus point, there are good internet connection even in the rooms. Do upgrade the rooms to be bigger and provide shuttle service to the jesselton point, suria klcc, imago and KK airport.

I had stayed here since last 4 years. Good news they just completed the renovation and the room is look better compare to last time. Standard room is quite small, if you travel with family & young children maybe you should book for family room. The restaurant serve simple food & almost similar menu everyday. (Noodle/fried rice/bread & fruits) There are lot of restaurant surrounding of the hotel so no need to worry if you book room without breakfast. This hotel close to nearly open Hilton Hotel, around 100m. The popular Welcome Seafood Restaurant also less than 5 minutes walking distance from this hotel.

This seems like a no-frills hotel to me. We took a Standard Room with a view. As expected, the room was compact, in other words, small. It would be difficult if there were more than 1 big luggage. Furnishings were fairly new and I was pleased with the good lighting. There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Instead, there's a pantry on every floor where you can get hot/cold water. As for the bathroom, water pressure was good. Strangely, housekeeping did not replenish the single little soap during my 3-night stay. The bed was comfy. Banging of doors from other rooms could be heard occasionally, as well as the faint piling from a nearby ongoing construction. Otherwise, it was tolerable. Walk out of the hotel and you can see a variety of eateries. I really liked that! A fast-food joint is just around the corner, while there are coffee shops, seafood restaurants and open-air stalls (at night) in the surrounding area. There's also a convenience store and laundrette just outside the hotel. More eateries could be found further along Gaya Street or the Waterfront, about 20 minutes walk away.

Room is really small, kindly of like Japan hotel. But it is clean. Bathroom door is not convenient to open. Toiletries not refill for the second day. Location is easy access to food around, 10-15min to gaya street.

A basic bed and small, a very tiny for a one night sleep only. It's good room and the toilet showers are clean as I will need a a minimum. There's no window either which I would like, it's Okie for one night. Mattress could be a bit firmer, for a better sleep. Breakfast buffet sparse with fried noodles, rice, a couple of fruits, and toast.

the room we all satisfied with the price and all good. bathroom n room clean . iron n water dispenser placed outside the room. i have a space to pray also. tooth brush n paste provided also with shampoo n soap.

Good service, small but clean room. Not much to comment but its a fairly good hotel but the location is quite far from the busy Gaya Street which is the centre or tourist attraction. Stay here for 1 night during my transit from Labuan to Miri.

Came here for 5 nights for work & business. Easy Grab/Uber from the airport costed about RM10. Hotel is surrounded with plenty of eateries especially really good seafood joints. There is one to left of the hotel which serves really fresh seafood straight from the tank. Room is small but most importantly clean & comfortable. Was on the 4th floor which was undergoing renovation at that time. The noise from the reno can be defeaning at time especially in the morning. Staffs are efficient and friendly. Great for short stay or working visit
