Paradise with a pool
I have always enjoyed communicating with the team at Parrish. All communications are intended to enhance and create a easy transition from home to a paradise retreat.
The home was absolutely spectacular. My wife and I are annual visitors to Kauai and often stay close to the ocean. Traveling with our daughter, her husband and three grandkids required a different and special approach. We needed a pool. Our young grandkids were mostly fairly new to the world of water play. The pool offered a great opportunity for them to safely explore and grow their love of the area and water skills.
We enjoyed the many beaches of Kauai but we all agreed that the main attraction was our home away from home. There is a beautiful green belt that threads through the back of the property offering the kids a safe place to explore, run in the occasional rain and just be kids. All observable from the backyard of the house.
The home was beautifully appointed and provided all items required to cook on their incredible grill. Included is a outdoor countertop range, a refrigerator, and many tools and other outside cooking necessities. The inside of the house is easy to maintain and perfectly flows to the lanai directly to the pool.
We would stay here again. Ten days was just not enough.

Lovely property in a convenient south Kaua’i location
Fairly new property situated in a golf course community, Kukuiula, near Koloa. Very quiet. Pool and outdoor entertainment area was excellent, we mainly use the swimming pool but there’s great barbecuing and outdoor dining space as well.
We brought or bought our own plastic cups and paper plates for the kids, as well as kids pool/beach toys.
Didn’t get this from the listing but there is a standalone bedroom with en suite shower housed in a separate building, A master bedroom in the main house as well as a room with a bunkbed in the main house.
